Peaceful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home located directly on Eel Creek. Appreciate the natural beauty of Chincoteague Island with gorgeous nature views from both the lower level screened in porch as well as the balcony off of the master suite. Enjoy relaxing mornings with the sunrise and breeze filled evenings in the truly tranquil master bedroom. Downstairs offers 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath with laundry. Enjoy meals on the screened in porch while taking in all all of the natural beauty that surrounds you.

I would suggest, since I am a 70 year old, that grab bars be added in the bathrooms to make it easier to get in and out of tubs, but overall love the place, its easy to get to, right in the middle of town and a great place to stay.

We have stayed here several times, always clean and welcoming. Love that it sits at the end of the road and overlooks Eel creek and that we can bring our dog! Plan to return again and would highly recommend.

Perfect, peaceful, and relaxing. Lovely view if the creek and marsh. Everything is nearby and bike friendly. The house was clean, with a homey feel, and the perfect size for a family of 5 with 3 young teens.

Coffee on the balcony listening to birdsong and watching the sunrise. That’s how we started our days in this adorable property. We had everything we needed to enjoy the views and the wildlife. When we ventured out, we were a short drive to restaurants and to the National Wildlife Refuge for hiking and birdwatching. Great property, great town, great people! Will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. Even shampoo and conditioner (the good kind!) was there for us. Joseph was responsive and helpful. Loved it!

Home had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable furniture and beds, a well equipped kitchen and a great location. Joe was very responsive and helpful answering our many questions and offering solid advice about eateries and activities.

Very pleasant stay!

Comfortable rooms with two bathrooms. Beautiful views, especially from upstairs bedroom. Conveniently located near eateries and small shops, and Assateague Island. We love Chincoteague, so this was a very pleasant stay!

We had such a nice time, and weren’t ready to leave! The duplex was perfect, and the view was just beautiful. Host was super helpful when I missed the memo about the optional linen service. We would absolutely vacation here again!

Wonderful Place

The location and accommodations where wonderful! Nice wetland views and close to the bridge to Assateague Island National Wildlife Refuge. The place was clean and we received a quick response and resolution to a question we had for the owner. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful sunrises

The house is the perfect size, and love the spot. Screened porch with table and upper deck off the master bedroom is awesome. Very enjoyable home to stay at. Love how close it is to the Park also.

We have been visiting Chincoteague with our family for years and just adore the island. We purchased our first home on the island in 2014 and at the time really tackled with whether to buy that home or this home. We were visiting the island with friends and saw this on the market again and we were still emotionally attached and just took the plunge!
