We loved our stay here! The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. It felt quiet and outside town but still very close proximity to restaurants and the beach. Hope to come back soon!

Initial communication after booking was a little slow but everyone was responsive leading up to check-in and during the stay. They went above and beyond to help remove a large deer that had been hit right next to the property and would have prevented us from enjoying the beautiful deck and outdoor spaces due to the considerable smell but it was gone within an hour of reporting it! The property was clean and close enough to all the main areas on the island but also far enough away from main traffic! Kitchen was very well stocked though we ate out for most meals . We are frequent VRBO renters and would not hesitate to rent from Seaside Vacation Rentals in the future!

What a wonderful vacation!

The house was so clean and comfortable! The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The views from the balconies were outstanding. We will definitely rent this house again!

Overall Nice

Enjoyed our stay. The view of lots of construction and junk wasn't the best but the owners can't really help that.

Beautiful home in the bay

Accommodations were lovely. This home is very well-appointed with several items in the kitchen. We loves the porch and rocking chairs and watching the geese and ducks in the marshy pond. Wonderful views. Great location.

Very nice home in a quiet location overlooking the water. We enjoyed watching the tides go in and out each day and the birds along with it. House was clean and I noticed that even the outdoors was clean, many rental houses never clean their outdoors areas but this one was free of bugs and spider webs and any major dirt. We were there 5 nights and had just one set of towels for each of us so I asked for more towels but was told that seaside vacations provides just one set for each guest during the stay so if you don't want to wash towels on your vacation, bring extras with you. Also, the beds had ultra soft tops, which isn't our preference but some people may like that. All in all, a nice place for our family of 6.

Top notch quality stay!

The place was beautiful and new. Very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The large deck of the front was a great place to relax and enjoy bay views. When battling some inclement weather, the bright sun room was a great place to enjoy drinks with a view still. Couldn’t have stayed in better place. Highly recommend staying here on a quieter more secluded part of the island.

Family vacation

My family consisting of my husband, myself, and our adult children and their loved ones stayed here for a week. The property was very comfortable and suited us very well. Perfect location for us to reunite and bond as a family together. Only gripe I have is that the railings could have been washed before our stay. Everyone who touched them got dirt on their hands or clothing.

Everything exceeded my expectations significantly

This is one of those houses where the pictures don't tell the story about how nice it really is. Sometimes you just have to see it for yourself. The house is beautiful. Everything is appointed very nicely and really gives you the 'beach house' feeling (upscale beach house). I will definitely stay there again.
