Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed main level featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a full-size washer and dryer, and a comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze from the private balcony with an indirect view of the Gulf.

Upstairs, you’ll find a welcoming sleeping space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds—ideal for families or small groups—along with a second full bathroom and another flat-screen TV for added comfort and convenience.

We had an overall good experience. It would help if there was a sign on the building or entrance of the name of it. Also it was poor service as soon as we pull in the garage and in the unit. Other than that it was good for me husband and I.

Thank you so much for the beautiful place — the location is excellent, and we had a great time. It was our first time in Orange Beach, and even though it was just a weekend, we truly enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Great stay!

The condo was very nice. It was so clean! It was stocked with anything that you would need for a few meals there. The location is very convenient to many attractions. I love the little snack and drink bar! I have stayed at Sugar Beach before and I am sure I will stay again! Perfect for us!

We chose Sugar Beach to purchase our condo because of it's laid back beach vibe! We love all the amenities that the complex has to offer. Most of all we love the short distance from the room to the water. It is located in the heart of Orange Beach close to all the local attractions.
