Perfect

Rented this beautiful house for my nieces bachelorette weekend. The place was perfect and the location was great! Everything was super easy when booking and the response time was fast.. would definitely rent again.

Lovely house. Beautiful views.

The house appears to have been newly decorated. Kitchen was spacious and had nice appliances. We enjoyed sitting on the large enclosed porch to watch sunsets.

Great Base Camp

Great family stay

The home was amazing. The layout inside and out was very accommodating to our group. Most of our time was spent outside on the dock, at the beach area and yard. Will definitely come another time.

Excellent accomodations

The house has been maintained very well and updated recently. Had all the cooking and kitchen items we needed. Very clean and comfortable. No issues or complaints at all. Thanks for a great weekend!!!

Amazing stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was super clean and stocked with everything we needed and more! Homeowner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again for future trips!

Great for families!

We had a great time and loved this house. It was a perfect spot for our extended family vacation week. Sadly we had to cut it short due to a hurricane and incoming flooding but Jeff raised the flag early and kept us updated on the weather conditions. We really appreciated him!

Perfect scenic escape

Enjoyed a wonderful relaxing stay with beautiful scenic views. Property has amazing views and excellent outdoor space. Our group enjoyed spending time watching the sunsets from the property and checking out nearby shopping and dining

Beautiful property

We love coming here. The house is great for a group of people - there's plenty of room both inside and outside to enjoy solitary time or group time. The house is located right on the water so the views are spectacular.

Great stay!

House was clean and decor was tasteful. House was large enough for multiple families to enjoy the space. We loved the ground floor rec area with foosball table and shuffleboard. Awesome view of the water from multiple areas. Close proximity to restaurants and anything you could need. Got a bushel of local crabs which we enjoyed for dinner one night. The sun room area was a great place to watch thunderstorms. Overall a great stay!

Lovely property

We really enjoyed being able to walk out onto the pier and beach area. The kids could entertain themselves in the water and beach area for hours. Adults loved the views from the house and sitting by the fire pit and watching the sunsets. Inside was also perfect for everyone and mattresses were comfy. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home for others to enjoy. Would book again!

Good Times

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved the foosball table and the adults enjoyed the beautiful view even while it was cool fall weather and we were mostly inside.

Great Waterfront Home

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Chesapeake Bay home. This home had ample room for our group of 10 and provided enough room for our family dinners, lounging and game nights. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious. The owner provided linens and towels. The yard, dock and beach area provided days of fun. We brought our own inflatable raft, kayaks and paddle board which kept our family busy for days.

Fantastic location!

Jeff was quick to answer my questions and was very helpful. The house was clean and great for our group! There are bedrooms on all 3 levels which provided a nice separation in the evenings. Water access was great and provided a beautiful view. I wouldn’t recommend swimming in it due to the murkiness but it was great to dip our feet in! We will certainly consider booking again!

The location was phenomenal and so quiet. The house is very well appointed and very inviting. We had a great time seeing family and friends and being together.
