Really great location and comfortable home. The kitchen could use a dishes restock to have more glasses and shampoo in the showers would also be great. Home seems well cared for and layout was nice for a family setup. Nearby restaurants in walking distance was perfect.

The property was nice and location were great.For the most part we met some nice people in the neighborhood.The house was very spacious and clean(Bathrooms were updated and beautiful) We were there to celebrate church Anniversary..Overall the house was beautiful and well maintained!!!We will recommend others to visit.

Loved our stay. This home met ALL the needs of our group of 7 with 2 young children. 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs that were huge, with one en-suite off the kitchen and 3 total full bathrooms, it was spacious and perfect for us! For ppl with children, there is an amazing playground just 2 blocks away, well within walking distance and close proximity to the water. Becky, our hostess communicated so well and was so accommodating, we were so grateful and thankful. We hope to one day get the chance to visit again. I highly recommend this place and a visit to Charlestown for us was very memorable!

Booked the house for UD graduation weekend. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we stayed at the house, but that didn't change how much fun we had. We hung out in the porch room, played games and had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful and between raindrops we took walks to see the pretty sights. It is also close to a Crab House, which was a nice walk for an evening cocktail & snack. The house was very comfortable, clean and large enough for my family. We will return if we are in the neighborhood again.

The property is wonderfully located. My family really enjoyed being so close to the water and Wellwood on the River restaurant. The house inside is just as described. The interior rooms are beautiful, spacious and accommodated us nicely. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice, as well. The outside porches, however, were a little more dated than the photos suggest. They had to be cleared of spiderwebs and spiders prior to us being able to sit out and enjoy. The spiderwebs were on the doors, which made entering a little unnerving. We had to wipe down, sweep and bug spray. The doors to the outside were difficult to slide close and secure. Over all, we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was happy and satisfied. Even with the spider and their webs, it is a great spot. We would return to stay again, as well as recommend to others.

Long weekend away

Family Get-together

Sunroom with river view was a big hit. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the location with good restaurants within a short walk. A brief drive to Northeast, a quaint town with even more restaurants and various shops. We look forward to a return trip.

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was perfect for my adult family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook, eat and play games. Close proximity to everything we needed from food, beach and boat docks. We will be back!

Amazing place for the family !

We just stayed here and had an amazing time. The place felt super clean and fresh, the communication with the host was wonderful and she answered all my questions promptly. The place is down the street from a boat launch and a slip at the restaurant is included. We docked at the marina and ordered food from the restaurant which was delicious as well. The place is also next to a sandy beach, and up the street is a very nice playground for kids. We would absolutely stay here again !

Beautiful Lake House

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great. The beach and boat launch are a block from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend in this home.

Great place for a relaxing weekend

The property is great, feels recently remodeled, and is close to restaurants and marinas! All the bedrooms were spacious and air-conditioned (basically every room had its own AC unit), and the bathrooms were very nice and bright. The sun-room, screened porch, and patios were all great too!

The place was very clean and spacious. The group hangout needs to be on the porch as there is no other couch. The air conditioner system in the bedroom off of the kitchen didn't work and the bikes had flat tires. The kitchen was well equipped. The showers are spacious and great water pressure. Also, the beds were very comfortable. There isn't anything to do in Charlestown but Havre de Grace is a 20 min drive away. A community "alarm" goes off 1time at 4:30 am. It happened both Fri and Sat night. It may wake you up. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There isn't much in North East. It's more of a relaxing trip. I would stay in this house again.
