The property is exactly as you see in the pictures/description. We were 4 adults, 4 kids (9 months to 13 years). Plenty of room for all of us. Hosts were quick to respond to any messages sent.Had a great 3 days here.

Tina and Drew were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their property is absolutely lovely—beautifully maintained, comfortable, old charm and in a great location. We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful weekend with our family. Tina and Drew were also incredibly kind in helping return an item we accidentally left behind by promptly shipping it back to us. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better experience. Highly recommend!

Drew and Tina are great hosts! When I messaged with a few questions, they and communicated in a very timely way. We had a wonderful mid week getaway! The description and pictures are great, but the property is even better in person than in print!! It was very clean, well stocked with everything, and decorated with attention to detail! Thank you for creating an awesome home away from home! Hoping to return in the future!

We celebrate a kid-free girls' weekend every year, and this house checked every box for relaxation and fun! The property was absolutely amazing, with so much charm and character. It was stocked with everything we could have needed—from kitchen essentials to towels and linens—which made packing light incredibly easy.The pool was perfect and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax. Tina and Drew were wonderful hosts and even accommodated an early check-in, which gave us extra time to kick off our weekend and enjoy the sunshine. That thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated!The location couldn't have been better. Everything in downtown Chesapeake City was within walking distance, including great restaurants, unique shops, the waterfront, ice cream, and nightlife. We didn’t need to drive anywhere.The beds were, without a doubt, the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a vacation rental, and we've been doing this annual trip for years!Thank you, Tina and Drew, for helping make our girls' weekend so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would happily book again!

This house was amazing and exactly as described. Everything was so clean and this house was in the perfect spot if you want to be where everything is happening on the Chesapeake. The hosts were so kind, responsive, and helpful. Hopefully I'll get to stay here again some day!

This house is amazing! It has such character and charm, is well stocked, super clean, and hosts are super nice! Our group was comfortable and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We will definitely come back!
