We have been going to Carillon Beach for the last 5 years and always have an amazing time. This house was excellent and the communitty is beautiful. The house is located within a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, pools and local pizza place. The house is as advertised and is very well kept. Pet friendly, well equipped kitchen, beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean and there is a charcoal bbq.

First time stay....thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at this beach house! Very nice people that we worked with and was so helpful.

Perfect Property

Inn High Cotton was a great place for our Carillon Beach spring break. We are repeat guests of this property because of the location, interactions with the manager, and the setup of the home! I highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Mini Vacation

This house was a great choice for us. Close to everything within walking distance which included beach, multiple pools and the market place that had a spa, restaurants and shopping. The host Tara was great and communicated well. We will definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Spring Break Week!

We had a great week with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house was large enough for all of us and had everything we needed. It's location was excellent - very close to the beach, pool and downtown area! Tara was excellent to work, easy check in process, and even checked on us during the stay. We love Carillon Beach and will be back!

Great house

House was exactly as pictured and very comfortable for the nine of us. Kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the grill. Inn High Cotton is conveniently located to beach and pool. Thanks for a great ti.e

Excellent location

Excellent location. Close to heated pool and beach. Beach service provided. One key.. suggest you upgrade to code locks. Need more comfortable front porch seating.

Thanks for the review Dale! Thank you for the recommendation on front porch furniture, we will look into it asap. I wish we could add code locks, but with the 3 point locking system hurricane doors, it is very difficult to change the door hardware without interfering with the integrity of the doors. Location, location, location!

We have been staying in Carillon for many years. The location of Inn High Cotton is as good as any I have rented. Close to Bellview Park pool, beach, gift shop, Gratify restaurant, and shaded walkway. Communication with property manager was great. Hope to be able to rent again next year.

Wonderful week

House was great for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The pictures of decor and furnishings were accurate so there were no surprises. We especially liked the spacious and we'll stocked kitchen which allowed us to prepare almost all our meals

Beautiful home

We had a great time at Inn High Cotton. This house has everything! The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. The main floor has plenty of room for everyone to relax and hang out after a relaxing day at the beach and pool. We love Carillion Beach and the community. We will def be back and thank you again for having us!
