Looking for a place to escape and relax? Search no further than our home away from home in the heart of beautiful downtown Carolina Beach, NC. Enjoy the various amenities we have to offer in our cozy 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo. With room to comfortably up to sleep 6, bring the family and friends to enjoy a vacation you’ll never forget.

This first-floor condo is just one block away from the beach and other amazing places in the city. If the sand or ocean water is not for you, fear not! There is an on-site pool and lake right next door available for use as well. Don’t forget to take a stroll down to the boardwalk and enjoy a day full of fun for all ages.

Amenities Include: Our goal is to leave your worries at home; we supply linens, towels, beach chairs, & many extras (phone/email inquiries welcomed). In-unit washer/dryer. Sophisticated interior: hardwood floors throughout the condo, granite countertops, and flat screen TVs in each room! We have many different activities such as in home wifi, board games, a DVD player, and many things to do right outside of the front door. We are neighbors with the famous Squigley's Ice Cream shop, a park for the kids, and many family-friendly restaurants.

A deluxe bedroom has 2 comfy Queen Beds inside! Living room includes sleeper sofa, a day bed, and a nice table to enjoy coffee or a quick meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay including a Keurig, waffle maker, wine glasses, and all plates and utensils.

We strive to be family friendly and cater to even the youngest of guests. One of the cleanest condo in Carolina Beach with all the upgrades and amenities you will not find at a hotel.

AC worked great, great proximity to beach and good restaurants,Mattresses in bedroom needed to be updated,pool area not clean,no toilet paper or kitchen garbage bags provided,owner never got back to me about one hr early check in request.

Listing reported the bedroom to have 2 queen beds, they were both full size beds. The rental was overall fine and the location was great. It appeared that the place hadn’t had any maintenance in a while as there were several small repairs that were needed. They had lots of hooks to hang up wet suits and towels which was great as most rentals we’ve had before this was lacking. Pool was a great amenity.

Overall good experience. Very convenient location. Rental process was easy with good communication. Pool was small, but uncrowded and enjoyable. Beds very comfortable. Nice deck with comfortable chairs. Toaster oven only, no standard oven. Not a problem, just be aware when purchasing groceries. Ocean view would have been nice.

Beautiful condo and very clean. It was equipped with anything you would need while on vacation. Perfect location to shopping and dining. We never had to move our car because we could walk to everything. Correspondence with the host was very quick and easy. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

The location was super convenient and close to the boardwalk area! There were shops, food, and bars within walking distance. The beach access is right across the street and everyone in the area was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The condo was clean and the perfect size for 4 people. I would stay here again :)

A great vacation home in Carolina Beach

We really enjoyed staying in Carolina Beach at this hotel! There is a pool and so many places close by that you can just walk to, such as great restaurants, stores, and plenty of things for all to see.

Great vacation spot!

The condo was in a great location-right next to restaurants and the beach and the boardwalk. Perfect size for our family and really nice personal touches to the decorations. We really enjoyed our long weekend in Carolina Beach!

Great location for the price

It's a great, 1-bedroom condo that's close to everything. While not beachfront, the short walk to the beach was easy. Right in the middle of restaurants and close to the boardwalk.

Last long weekend before school

We stayed here last year,and loved the location. Very accessible to everything walking,which is a plus in CB during season. Had a great time and looking forward to next time!

Wonderful vacation

This property was perfect. It was in a great location and had great amenities. The owners were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this condo. Nice home away from home.

Great stay!

We loved the condo! It was immaculate, great use of space and cozy! The 1.5 bathrooms were a plus! The location was walking distance to all our favorite restaurants! We can’t wait to return! Brian and Sheila were awesome hosts!

July 4th Trip

The check in and check out process was very easy! GREAT location, a very short walk to the beach and pool. The place could have been a little more clean as I had to clean the shower head, kitchen sink and vents. I would stay here again!
