This is a great house for a beach trip, with plenty of room to gather, a short walk to the beach, and really nice covered outdoor spaces for meals and hanging out both on the deck and below the house. It was also so helpful to have beach supplies on hand, an outdoor shower, and a ping pong table. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect house for our group of 10 people. The house is roomy with lots of seating in living room and for dining. Basketball goal, ping pong table and bikes were a hit with our young teenagers. Beach access almost directly across from the house. Beach isn’t too crowded since the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely book again!

Had a great family vacation at the beach. This was our second stay, corner lot is awesome and short walk to beach. Beach was great all week. Check in and check out is very friendly.

Great vacation rental for a week away!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Great access to the beach, very clean, and we loved the table downstairs under the house for group dinners. Perfect vacation rental if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with family or friends!

Very close to beach and house was very clean. Great place to hang out by the garage with plenty of beach toys for the kids and beach equipment. Could use some updated and larger TVs in the bedrooms but overall would recommend this property to a friend.

Weekend stay

We had a great time. Check in process was super easy. Host was very responsive. House had all the amenities we could have hoped for and more. Short walk to beach and outdoor area was fantastic.

Beach trip

Overall we loved our trip. Wonderful location and size. Only suggestion is some updating and more linens (ie a couple towels per person, washcloths), better pest control

Loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable and close to the beach. We will definitely consider staying there again if/when we come back to Pensacola Beach. Just a little confusion about how to turn the inside door handles to lock the doors but we figured it out.

Perfect beach get away

Spacious home just a few steps away from the beach. Further away from the crowds so you can enjoy a relatively quiet beach. The house is also stocked with beach supplies - not in the best condition, but still functional. Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Pensacola.

Glad you had a great stay. As for the beach toys I provide they have been heavily used over the summer and are replaced in the off season.

It was great. The house was a one block walk down a sidewalk path to the beach. Included were a canopy w/cart, a beach umbrella, chairs,several boogie boards and various toys. The host went over and above. When the washing machine had a minor issue, he got a repair person on site the same day.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped with Beach accessories (umbrellas, wagon, coolers) and had a nice setup for us to enjoy a few days away with our adult children. The owner responded very quickly to any questions/concerns. Thank you!

Highly Recommend!

Casa Blanca was a great place for our 8 man crew over Labor Day. I’ll def be looking for this house when we come back to Pcola Beach. Jonathon checked in and made sure everything was perfect.

Near the ocean

Short walk to the ocean. Nice space for a large crowd. Had cleaning issues and roaches in bathroom and kitchen.

Spring Break

This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of beach chairs and toys. The beach is about a 3minute walk and very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything needed for feeding a crowd. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You won’t regret booking CasaBlanca!

Needs some paint

Overall good, had a lived in look with scuffs and dirt on walls. Could use some paint. Nice short walk to beach.

The house is packed with guests over the spring and summer. She definitely takes a beating but the renters always love the location and amenities of Casa Blanca. Painting happens every Winter to prepare for the tourist season. Thanks for renting!

Comfortable

We stayed at this home for a week in July and had a great vacation. This home has a few repairs that need attention, but I know the owner just recently purchased it and will take the kinks out in the off season. Overall the house met our needs and we would considered booking again. It was in a great location for us. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Family Get-Away

We had a mixed age-group of family members traveling together (ages 5-56) and we all had a great time. Johnathan has so many things available for you to enjoy at the beach and at his home. The amount of beach stuff is incredible. I wish I had left my stuff at home and saved on the packing. The walk to the beach is super easy and very close. The house is not close to condos so the beach was never crowded. We would stay here again!!!
