Have you been dreaming of visiting paradise? Come stay at " Casa Blanca “ the corner lot is steps from the white sands and blue water of Pensacola Beach. This two story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 12. There is a large garage area to hold all your beach toys plus there is a ping pong table. Downstairs has a covered party area with extra seating, large dining table, party lights, gas grill, and a fridge located in the garage. A new huge private outdoor shower with H/C water has been added on the ground floor.The partially covered main level deck is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. This corner lot home has dedicated beach access and is just steps from the beach! Quiet residential neighborhood!

Great vacation rental for a week away!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Great access to the beach, very clean, and we loved the table downstairs under the house for group dinners. Perfect vacation rental if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with family or friends!

Beach trip

Overall we loved our trip. Wonderful location and size. Only suggestion is some updating and more linens (ie a couple towels per person, washcloths), better pest control

Weekend stay

We had a great time. Check in process was super easy. Host was very responsive. House had all the amenities we could have hoped for and more. Short walk to beach and outdoor area was fantastic.

Loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable and close to the beach. We will definitely consider staying there again if/when we come back to Pensacola Beach. Just a little confusion about how to turn the inside door handles to lock the doors but we figured it out.

Perfect beach get away

Spacious home just a few steps away from the beach. Further away from the crowds so you can enjoy a relatively quiet beach. The house is also stocked with beach supplies - not in the best condition, but still functional. Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Pensacola.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped with Beach accessories (umbrellas, wagon, coolers) and had a nice setup for us to enjoy a few days away with our adult children. The owner responded very quickly to any questions/concerns. Thank you!

Near the ocean

Short walk to the ocean. Nice space for a large crowd. Had cleaning issues and roaches in bathroom and kitchen.

Highly Recommend!

Casa Blanca was a great place for our 8 man crew over Labor Day. I’ll def be looking for this house when we come back to Pcola Beach. Jonathon checked in and made sure everything was perfect.

Great week at the beach

Communication with Jonathan was excellent. We throughly enjoyed the house, the proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk on a sidewalk. All the extras that were in the garage were very helpful. We brought a beach wagon but we ended up using the one in the garage, it pulled better in the sand with the larger wheels. All the bikes were great too since we had family staying 2 blocks down the street. The outdoor shower was perfect! Could the house use some updates, sure but that’s not why we were there. The house perfectly accommodated our family of 7. Thanks Jonathan 🙂

Spring Break

This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of beach chairs and toys. The beach is about a 3minute walk and very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything needed for feeding a crowd. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You won’t regret booking CasaBlanca!

Overall good, had a lived in look with scuffs and dirt on walls. Could use some paint. Nice short walk to beach.

Comfortable

We stayed at this home for a week in July and had a great vacation. This home has a few repairs that need attention, but I know the owner just recently purchased it and will take the kinks out in the off season. Overall the house met our needs and we would considered booking again. It was in a great location for us. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Family Get-Away

We had a mixed age-group of family members traveling together (ages 5-56) and we all had a great time. Johnathan has so many things available for you to enjoy at the beach and at his home. The amount of beach stuff is incredible. I wish I had left my stuff at home and saved on the packing. The walk to the beach is super easy and very close. The house is not close to condos so the beach was never crowded. We would stay here again!!!

Perfect

Everything we needed. This house was the perfect location and perfect place to celebrate some big birthdays with family. Comfortable and lots of room for 7 adults and 4 kids. They have everything you need for the beach lots of outdoor space and indoor. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the walking path to the beach was right there and it was a quick walk to the beach. You can see the gulf and hear the waves from the deck. We all enjoyed our week and will definitely be back. Jonathan was quick to communicate once we booked and on our check in day. I have no doubt that had we needed something while we were there he would be quick to respond. Check in and out were easy. Just have respect for other people’s homes.

Family Beach Vacation

My family and I had a great time at this property. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of games and movies and the downstairs outdoor space was really nice. Plenty of outdoor games for the kids, bikes and more than enough beach toys. Our only complaint is that the house was originally listed with 4 bathrooms (which was the selling point for us since we had 7 adults and 6 children) we were disappointed to find there were only 3 bathrooms. We managed to make it work. All in all, a very nice house for our family beach vacation.

Family beach vacation paradise

The spacious layout is perfect for multiple couples or families. You only need food, beverages and sunscreen, Casa Blanca comes with the rest...we grilled several times and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. The lower level was our afternoon hangout and the top deck was where we took our coffee. Small hiccup with the smoke detectors day one, but Johnathan was quick to call after a message and we were able to troubleshoot a d never had another issue. Looking for a spot to unwind, but still want to be connected, the WiFi worked great as did the TV and the beach is a 3 min walk from the front door.

Location,Location well stocked with lots of extras

Toilla Segunda is unbeatable !!We are locals. Live in Pensacola. Have rented many condos.Houses etc. Jonathons beach home has a lot of “extras” too many to list .Never dreamed the popularity of the pin pong table..Lots of fun .We rented the house for a family reunion. House was extremely well equipped. Very comfortable. A paved access path to one of the best beaches in the world. That was icing on the cake..Johnathan I would like to give him 10 stars. We highly recommend this great beach house..Bob & Jayne Pensacola

Best House On The Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Blanca! This beach house offered so much more than any previous condo, hotel or beach house we previously rented. The beach is world class and the house location makes the beach almost private. The owner provided a garage full of beach amenities- beach umbrellas, boogie boards, buckets/shovels, rafts, ice chests, beach wagons. The garage also contained a ping-pong table which we used every night. The downstairs is setup for entertaining with chairs, tables, party lights, a bbq and a full sized fridge and a shower! After an amazing day on the beach the kids came back and socialized downstairs until they literally fell asleep standing up! The house was cleaned and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every item we needed. Our beach vacation went by quickly but we will return to Casa Blanca!!

Convenient family beach vacation

We loved this house and it looked great when we arrived. The setup and location was perfect for our family of 5 and extended family that joined us. The extra beds in the upstairs rooms were great, it was such a short walk to the beach, and a great space downstairs to store beach stuff and get the kids cleaned up after the beach. The house may be older but it has been well taken care of and well thought out to accommodate many people with several towel bars and hooks for everyone to hang up their stuff. The owner Jonathan was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. The upstairs AC starting not working and he had a repairman out very quickly to resolve the issue. Our only complaint and reason for 4 star rating was we did see many roaches during our stay. Seeing some in the garage didn't really bother me, but at night we would sit and play games at the dining table and watch some come out from behind the oven. Jonathan said the property had just been sprayed so hopefully it will get better as the season goes on. But despite that we still loved the space, I just made sure I sprayed down the kitchen counters in the morning before we made any meals.

Great location and great house. Beyond our expectations

We have never stayed “away” from the beach. We have always rented condos with views of the beach in front of us so we were apprehensive about renting not directly on the beach. But this house was fantastic! It was a 3 1/2 minute walk from the driveway to the beach. We had so much outdoor living space to use (that you don’t get in a condo). The downstairs area under the patio was a great surprise and advantage to the house. We could drop off our tent and chairs there and wash our feet or use the outdoor showers before going upstairs. It has lights and lots of seating to use at night when it’s cooler. The house was exactly as pictured. We did miss seeing the ocean each morning when we got up to have coffee but the other benefits far outweighed this. The beach was almost private with very few families on the beach. We would set up our tent and chairs in the morning and come back to the house for lunch then head back before packing up for the evening. It was a nice neighborhood to be able to walk through at night. There were 2 bikes available to use to ride around as well. There were beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a beach umbrella to use as well. A suggestion for the upstairs bedrooms would be more storage for clothing since there are no closets. The towel service was a great help but we brought our own to use as well. The owner was very responsive to my many questions as well. Great person to work with for renting. I would highly recommend this house.
