Located just steps from the beautiful white sands and clear water of Pensacola beach, this updated 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom town home has plenty of space to entertain the whole family. The home's balcony overlooks the pond where families can enjoy feeding the ducks, fish, and turtles. The kitchen contains a complimentary coffee bar for guests to enjoy. Guests will have access to 2 pools on the property each of which have free Wifi.
The space
Gated community with access to both pools and beach access. There is a pond stocked with fish and turtles. The garage fits 3 large vehicles and possibly 4 smaller ones. Additional parking is nearby.
Guest access
Both pools are accessible and has free WiFi.
Other things to note
We have a few beach chairs and toys that are available for guest use.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It is a fantastic place, so close to the beach and backs up to a retention pond. The pond has ducks, fish and turtles that my grandchildren loved feeding everyday.

I loved this property! It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The communication with the host was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to rent it again in the future.

Great location and great amenities. Plenty of room. Really great space. Very easy to get to. There was only one slight problem with the Internet all week, but the host was in constant communication with how to get around it and compensated us on the backside for the inconvenience. Highly recommend this spot.

This property was amazing! Right on the beach! We all enjoyed the pond with turtles, fish and ducks. Restaurants in the area were delicious and fast! We were without internet as they were updating theirs the week we arrived. It caused some problems but nothing the renters could control. The toll bridge was a surprise as well.

Great place to stay if you want a beachfront complex. We stayed at this same complex in another unit last year but outgrew their occupancy with a new grandson so we choice this place that accommodated our party of 10. Didn’t disappoint. The retention pond in the back gave my granddaughters tons of fun feeding the wildlife in there. My son in law caught fish out of there and fed them to an eagerly waiting blue Herron all week to the joy of my grandkids. The 2 pools were immaculate. The whole facility was in way better condition this year. I think they have new property management. The beach is right there. Easy walk back and forth all day for food, bathroom etc… The townhome is very nice and homey. We had one day where it thunder-stormed from morning till about 3pm. The townhome gave us a nice place for TV and family game time. We would definitely book this same unit again. Great value for the money. The huge garage allowed us to park 3 out 4 vehicles in it. Had a lot of beach chairs and equipment in there too for use. Highly recommend this place if you want a great Pensacola Beach experience. Easy drive down to all of the restaurants and pier etc… Thankful that the Lord led us to pick this place to rent. Solid host.

Pensacola Beach Paridise

This is the 4th time we have rented a unit in the Regency Cabanas. The access to the beach is very convenient. The unit we rented was very well furnished and clean. The provided amenities were well appreciated. The 2 pools were relaxing and never crowded. A great place to stay with family and friends on Pensacola Beach.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect for our group. It was easy access to the beach, and the added bonus of being on the pond made the grandchildren so happy. They fed the fish, ducks and turtles everyday. We will definitely be returning!

Loved the accommodations, would have liked ocean view but were more than pleased with condo. There were lots of stair climbing. Host/owner was prompt to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend

We checked in on Wednesday to find there was no working internet service working. When we called the property owner said oh yea I think we got a email saying the resort is changing internet companies . My son in law had to go to coffee shop to send information to his new employer. Try keeping a 9 year old entertained while it is poring rain the whole time with no tv. We wanted to grill hamburgs at lunch, but there was no grill at our property or swimming pool. The mold around the glass doors in the master bath needed to be cleaned.

beach condo

very good location,the kitchen was very disorganized with the pots and pans and had to search for stuff ,was lots of spices ,,no beach towels ,and the wagon needed to have larger wheels ,was hard to go on sand ,may need more dish washing towels in the kitchen , could not find a potatoes peeler ,and only had 1 large coffee cup ,all the others were small and some pots did not have the right size lids and more pot holders would be nice ,the fridge might be too cold the cantaloupe froze in the fridge in the back part of the fridge.and the web site said there was a hot tub ,no hot tub on property and the pool was not heated and duck poop was in the pool ,but over all was a good location ,close to everything,had lots of sand toys .

Pensacola Wedding

There were 12 of us staying in this Unit. Our family was there for a wedding. The beach was about a half a block away and the pool was right outside our front door. It was a gated community so you needed a code to get in. We loved it! Nice big table. Living room was nice and we had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Worked out good for us. Some restaurants were close, along with grocery stores, etc., but you had to drive. Off our balcony was a pond/little lake with turtles and fish in it. We bought turtle food at WalMart so we could feed them. We would definitely rent this condo again!
