We were a group of friends meeting up for a long weekend. This place was perfect. It feels quite remote but that's just a trick of the terrain, it's still quite close to Stowe. And don't sleep on Morristown,. This property had plenty of beds, a well appointed kitchen, a giant deck, and a great yard for games. would definitely come again.

The Rufe house is an amazing place to stay! This is our second year coming here and I hope to be back in the future. We love the large dining table so everyone can eat together, and there is plenty of room for people to spread out to sleep. Great location right outside of Stowe.

Family Reunion weekend

Great location and accommodations for our group of adults, teens, and an infant to access family reunion events in Morristown, Stowe and Elmore State Park. The house is well set up for the group to enjoy meals together at the large family table and outside deck with well-stocked kitchen supplies and linens. Everything was very clean and we appreciated all the information provided for local activities!

Winter Vacation

We had a great week! The house was clean and plenty big for our family (4 adults, 4 kids) and still had room for more. The location was perfect, an easy ride just about 20 mins to Stowe Mt Resort.
