Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was just what we needed very comfortable and easy to get to. Communication was good and Amanda was quick to reply to my questions.

Terrific cabin for our family of four

Southern Comfort was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean and well stocked. Communication was clear and timely. The beds were so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave!

Fall 2023

The cabin was as shown. Very roomy and clean. We have stayed in this area several times and it is accessible and close to everything we wanted. Pet friendly which was very important to us. The outside security light was not working and that was reported so hopefully it is fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Older friends meets for a few days and football play offs

Property was nice living area very small, one couch. But my biggest complaint was the main TV would not work. We were there during the week days and no help.

Easy Access

We enjoyed the easy access from the cabin into Pigeon Forge. We like to stay in a cabin but do not want to stay way back on a mountain.

weekend getaway

It was fantastic,we loved the back porch on first floor and little bar, the trees were so close and it felt like we were in the tree canopy.

We loved cabin. Close in to Pirgon Forge. Loved Cumminty Pool.Very clean and taken care of!

Renting of the property was very easy through system.

Great Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cabin. We had not been to the area for some time and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Close and convenient to all of the activities.

Wonderful

Great location! 5 minutes to get to the strip!! There are other cabins in close proximity but you still have great quietness and privacy to enjoy the hot tub on the back deck , the jetted tub in the downstairs bedroom or just relaxing on the swing out from downstairs bedroom or on the front porch! Definitely would stay again!!

Nice place, need to fix a few things

To make the cooling comfortable upstairs 75°, the basement was freezing, , vcr not working, tv not working, wires and cords hanging down , screen way high, couch shot, no extra pillow cases or blankets, basement cold,

If you want to be close to all of what Pigeon Forge has to offer this cabin is ideal! We enjoyed it all so much!

Cute Cabin

Could not watch TV from the sofa. TV up too high. Could not turn TV on in the den. Front porch needs to be cleaned. A bag of trash was left downstairs. Need soap in dispensers. Not a good view..

Could have been a little cleaner

The only negative thing I really have is that it could have been a little cleaner. We arrived late At night so we didn’t notify the property manager, but the sheets in the master bedroom were stained and had crumbs and hair on them. Other than that, the cabin was exactly as listed, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The cabin is very conveniently located for any activity in pigeon forge. The information that comes along with renting this cabin was also very helpful and we found several great restaurants and attractions because of it. The housekeeping wasn’t very thorough, (we found a missed towel on the porch and dirty dishes in the washer from the last stay) but that was easy enough to clean up on our own. Overall though, the things that mattered in this cabin were clean enough, and we would definitely stay again.

Our family was expecting a much cleaner place. Things were in need of repair, cleaned, or replaced. Oven was horrible, linens and coverlets we're stained, refrigerator needed cleaning!! We contacted owner not long after arrival due to cleanliness before realizing other things during our stay and reply wasn't satisfactory. I wouldn't rent this cabin again.

Fall Get-Away

It was in a great location! The cabin was nice. But needed a good through cleaning. The bath tub in the first floor was draining very slowly. There was a bulb missing above the mirror. And the light in the night stand did not have a light bulb. Was very surprised to see all the cords and wires hanging down the side of the fireplace. We replaced the battery in the smoke alarm. But we over looked it all and had a great time!!

Great Location

This cabin is in a great location if you don’t want to be far from the attractions. It’s located in a quiet cabin resort that is very nice and feels very safe. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Will consider this cabin again if we ever go for a short getaway and want to be close to town.

Communication with property manager/cleanliness

Cabin was ok but could be cleaner. Unsure if sheets were washed or washcloth. May have been stained but unappealing. Washer/dryer were not clean at all! Contacted property manager regarding everything along with pictures and i have not received any reply. She was very quick with reservations but not with complaint. Home and still waiting on reply. Probably would not stay in this particular cabin related to customer satisfaction.
