Live like a local while in Charleston. THIS IS A 30-DAY PLUS-ONLY RENTAL. THE CHARLESTON ORDINANCE ONLY ALLOWS SUCH. One off-street parking space comes with the unit.

Shopping on King Street, enjoying the Spoleto Festival, visiting the College of Charleston or the Aquarium, or strolling through the Old City Market, you will find this location to be a few minutes walk to all.

Beautiful home in beautiful Charleston

Apartment is a gem, very comfortable and a fabulous kitchen. Wifi and TV excellent reception. Pretty little garden.Great neighbourhood with a little grocery shop a few steps away, walking distance to shops, restaurants.

Our winter getaway

The property was bright, clean and has all the modern amenities you would need. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to many of the local restaurants and sights. Note: While it was wonderful to have a dedicated off-street parking lot, it is located a 9 minute walk away from the house.

Wonderful!

Not only was the property a perfect location for everything to do via walking, but it was a warm cozy home . Extremely clean and comfortable! We will return for sure! We loved it there! Great neighbors too!

Great location and house

We enjoyed our stay! House is well stocked. Kitchen is great for cooking. Master bedroom is nice size. Guest bedroom is a bit smaller than expected. Burbage grocery right next door is fantastic

Fall getaway

This historic property is fantastic and perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of Charleston. From the Battery to King Street to the rooftops on East Bay, nothing was farther than a 15-minute walk. Charleston is my happy place and this property made me like I was at home.

Lovely Stay

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was large and stocked with everything you would ever need and the island made for a great work space. Lisa was a fabulous host and answered all of our questions along the way. The location was great, everything was walkable. We had a great month and hope to return to Charleston soon!

Perfect!

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The condo itself is large, lovely detail, comfortable furnishings, fabulous kitchen and updated bathrooms. The outside patio was delightful. Lisa was terrific and promptly responded to all of our questions. The location was excellent …easy walk to downtown. Absolutely perfect.

Lived like a local

Staying here was wonderful for so many reasons, but mainly the location. Lisa and her husband, Kip, were more than helpful with everything. Had very few issues with the place and when minor things came up, they were very quick to respond and handle. They were incredibly knowledgeable of Charleston and provided amazing recommendations. Would definitely stay agin!

Wonderful Stay

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The photos are very accurate and having a grill to use in the garden was a bonus. The unit was roomy, comfortable, and so well equipped. Lisa is an excellent host!

Downtown living in Charleston

We so enjoyed our stay in this historic home in the South of Broad neighborhood! The house has very comfortable furnishings, private patio and a modern updated kitchen with all the amenities for cooking at home. The location is within walking distance to shopping and dining on King Street, strolls to the Battery and dining on East Bay Street. We did feel like locals during our stay and hope to return soon!

Wonderful month in Charleston

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here for the month of June. The unit was spacious, clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Communicating with the property manager was easy and pleasant. Hope to be back sometime in the future!

A wonderful month of May

We love Charleston and we came back to stay in this lovely apartment close to everything. We came with our 10 month old baby and it was wonderful to have such close access to the parks for her. Lisa was also so kind and generous :-) Thank you!!

Great location, well equipped property

My wife and I live in Toronto, Ontario and reserved this property a year ago. Because of the closed US/Canada border, we were not able to make the trip. However, our son, a tax lawyer in Manhattan and two of his adult friends went in our place. They loved the property and the location. They said that it was very well equipped as they ate out some but mostly cooked and ate at the apartment. If the border ever opens up again, we would like to make the trip ourselves.
