Modern Townhome with fenced in yard! Near Folly Beach and Parks!

This Townhome on James Island has been renovated from top to bottom. When you come to stay at our abode you will be surprised at how well stocked the home is. Linens, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, baking tins, kitchen aid mixer, spices a keurig, washer/ dryer. All you need is your suitcase! Gas grill with seating for 4 in enclosed courtyard. Storage room has several beach chairs, toys, umbrella. The location is ideal for one visiting Charleston. You are centrally located just off the beaten path but can get to all of the hotspots in just a short drive! New Restaurants are a plenty within a 5 minute drive. There are 5-6 grocery stores within 10 minutes of the property. There's games for the kids or adults.. You will not be disappointed by this beautifully maintained Charleston home!!
**Please note that from time to time things are updated and changed out at the townhome so they may vary from the virtual tour and/ or pictures. Other items such as rugs, pillows, linens may also be different as we are changing out frequently for various reasons. If there is a particular item that you see at the house that you are concerned about please reach out prior to your stay to make sure it is still there. **

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable. Loved taking walks in the neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly.Enjoyed the back yard. Had everything we needed.Easy to get a hold of the host. She was very friendly. Would stay here again.
Our dog watching the turtels in the pond.
A nice place to relax at the pond a short walk from the home.

Great couple day stay!

We really enjoyed our few days spent at the rental. It was decorated very cute and was super cozy. It was very clean and a great location to both Folly beach and downtown Charleston. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay! Loved it!

We loved staying in this quaint home! The location is perfect for a quick trip either to downtown Charleston or Folly Beach! The neighborhood is quiet and the house is lovely! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome place to stay for a visit to Charleston!

We enjoyed a great Christmas during our stay here! The unit was well stocked and prepared for our visit and is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We highly recommend this townhome to anyone wanting a getaway in Charleston!

Beautiful property close to downtown Charleston

We absolutely loved staying in Elizabeth’s beautiful home. The house was perfectly in between folly beach and downtown Charleston, either of which were only 10 minutes away. Would stay again!

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was beautiful with everything we needed and more, including games to play. The location was also ideal since it was in between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

Perfect for two couples!

Enjoyed staying in this tastefully decorated townhouse just a short drive to historic Charleston. Located in aquiet neighborhood which suited our needs after a busy days of exploring historic Charleston, Folly Beach and surrounding areas.

Relaxation

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and well designed.

We went on a family trip to Charleston and stayed for a week. This was a perfect home base for our trip. It is a perfect location between the beach and the city. We would highly recommend this property for a similar trip.

Nice unit, well located.

Easy location on James Island convenient to Golly Beach and downtown Charleston. Unit was clean, well stocked and as advertised. We would stay here again.

Home away from home

Everything about this property was clean, neat, comfortable (including the beds!) I was glad and grateful to have chosen this property for my stay in the Charelston area.

Great stay and Great location!!!!

My family had a great week long stay. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this property. It’s 10-15 minutes from the beach and downtown Charleston. The property was clean, modern and had everything you needed.

Great 2 bedroom close to everything.

Rental was easy to find, very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you need. Would stay in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse again.

Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for 20 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

Whether you are visiting Charleston for the first time or have been coming here for years, we know that there are so many things going on and who wants to spend all of their money on an expensive hotel when you can have all of the comforts in our home! We want travelers to have an enjoyable experience while not breaking the bank.

This particular property backs up to the walking paths and behind that is a beautifully wooded area where there's plenty of nature. One of my favorite features of the property is the backyard. It is a private area with all types of flowers great for your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the birds. Whether you spend a day at the beach or checking out the history of Charleston, this home will be a great spot to end your day relaxing.
