Seaside seclusion, salt water sanctuary!

Greenport is a charming seaside town with historic architecture with fantastic restaurants and plenty to see and do! Travel and Leisure voted it “second best small beer, wine and spirits town in America. This cozy house is in walking distance to local beaches and the heart of town. There many fabulous restaurants and shops. Vineyards and breweries are a short car ride away.
The house has a secluded back yard and patio area with outdoor shower and fire pit that is perfect for star gazing, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying family and friends ! The detached barn has additional dining space and extra refrigerator, as well as storage for bicycles. There are beach chairs, coolers and a BBQ that guests are welcome to.
If you enjoy boating and fishing, there are many charters and transient marinas, several are in walking distance. The LIRR station is a short walk away, and you don’t need a car to enjoy all Greenport as to offer.
The driveway has off street parking for four cars and there is additional parking on the street. The kitchen is newly renovated with charming vintage appliances and central island with seating. Central air and washer/dryer.

Seaside Paradise

We had the most lovely stay at this wonderful Greenport vacation home. Everything from the oversized kitchen to the lush patio was perfect for our family vacation. The home was comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. It was also only a short walk to the beach and town. We hope to come again!

Our "Happy Place"

Pipe's Cove is such a special place. The house itself has so many pretty touches and comforts. We always feel right at home when we stay there -- and have come to think of it as our happy place. The house is very well equipped including lots of towels for bathing and for the beach, beach chairs, coolers, bicycles, and an outdoor shower. The backyard is beautiful and a lovely place to linger in the evening. The location is perfect -- walkable to town and two local beaches, yet very private and quiet. Jenny and Jim are always very responsive to any questions or needs we have during our stay. We can't wait to go back to Pipe's Cove!

Perfect!

We had a great time at Pipes Cove! The house was adorable. The mermaids everywhere were perfect for my seven year old :). Kitchen had everything we needed and was super cute. The outdoor shower, the backyard set up, all was perfect for a beach house. We hope to go back!

Wonderful Vacation

We had an absolutely amazing and relaxing vacation. Close to everything! Jessica and James were extremely responsive. They provide anything you can need and we can't wait to come back.

Perfect Getaway!

This property was everything as advertised and MORE! Truly the perfect balance of secluded property while being right next to town. J&J were fantastic owners and were very thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The property was welcoming and perfect for relaxing. My husband and I truly felt at home and we look forward to hopefully a future visit to this great spot!

Perfect little cottage in a great location in town

This was just what we were looking for as a family getaway at the end of a summer season. The house is walking distance to town and has everything you need for a staycation. Jenny was a very gracious host and was very responsive. The house is updated with enough space and rooms for a big family or a few friends to spend time together for a low key holiday. The property was well cleaned and prepared nicely for our stay, especially in COVID times. I highly recommend staying at Jenny and James’ house if you’re looking to explore the best of Greenport/North Fork.

Heaven Indeed

The Kennedy's beach house is exactly as pictured. It is whimsical, functional, and spotless. Everything you could possibly need is on hand. The location is perfect for enjoying Greenport and the beautiful North Fork. Jennifer is an unfailingly helpful and kind hostess. We were outside or in the barn all day every day which made for a perfect atmosphere even when we were working. Town, shops, beach, Ferry--all are easily reached by bike. Really, it's perfect! Thank you to the Kennedy's for sharing their little slice of heaven.

great relaxing getaway

The house is really comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Great to have bikes and beach chairs available for us to use, and a grill. Loved the outdoor shower! The owners were super-friendly and helpful, and the location is great: we biked to the 6th street beach every day, and town is an easy walk or bike-ride away. For a family or group of friends, it's a very relaxing and quiet escape.

Lovely house set up for comfort (and fun!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Jenny and James' house. We travelled with our two young adult sons and their girlfriends. They enjoyed being able to walk into town to shop or get ice cream -- yet the house felt tucked away and very peaceful. The local beach was a five minute bike or car ride away and very nice. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. The outdoor shower was a favorite for all of us! And the comfy seating area in the backyard was perfect for morning coffee and dinners. We definitely hope to be back.

Incredible home away from home

Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay at Jenny and James little slice of heaven. The home is inviting and equipped with anything you can imagine for entertaining kids and for beach side relaxation. The owners truly made us feel at home and welcomed us to be comfortable in their space as if it was our own home. The house is a 5 minute bike ride to the beautiful day beach and to town. We absolutely look forward to staying here many, many more times :)

Amazing summer get-a-way😎😎⛵️⛵️❤️

The north fork will always be home. My husband and I are natives of Long Island and enjoyed returning with our children for a wonderful family vacation. The house is charming Decorated so cute it should be featured in Coastal Living. The owners went well above expectations to make us feel right at home and welcomed. Loved the backyard and outdoor shower. The location is perfect. Close to town and beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the near future

Sweet house, close to everything.

This home is as cute as it looks in the pictures! The decor, vintage appliances, outdoor shower were all to die for! Super convenient (walking distance) to the beach, Front Street shops/restaurants and the LIRR station. The backyard is very private and great for relaxing at night or sipping coffee in the morning. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was great for gathering around the large island. The owners touched base with instructions and recommendations before our trip and let us know when the house was ready a bit early. So glad because we had just picked up some groceries! They also had beach stuff, chairs/coolers available for our use. We loved our first visit to Greenport and hope to book here again next summer! Thank you J&J for a wonderful stay!
