This is a three bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home. It is walking distance to downtown and Virginia Tech! The house has modern furniture and is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the house. Decent sized house for a handful of people (we had 6). The back patio area is nice and large. Would recommend. Thanks!

Jenny is a great host and the Josie was as advertised and had specialTouches like nice towels, 2 pillows on each bed, a keurig, a britax water dispenser in the fridge, lap blankets and more. Great front porch for coffee and listening to the birds and a couple block walk to downtown! Great ample comfortable seating in the den with tv!

Jenny’s place was perfect for our visit to Blacksburg for a home football game. It was located conveniently close to campus, was extremely clean and Jenny was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Great property for VT weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We were visiting VT for an alumni reunion and we were able to walk to the events and to social activities on Main Street.The unit's outdoor areas exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed having coffee outside. We were very comfortable and would definitely return.

Fantastic stay close to campus

The place was perfect for a weekend stay close to VT campus. It has everything one needs and more. The outdoor patio was especially peaceful and green space. Parking was great too. We’ll be back!

Perfect for VA Tech Visit

This house is spacious, and the backyard is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet, even though it is a short walk to Main Street and the VA Tech campus.

Great location for a football game!

Stayed here for the VA Tech vs. UVA game. No problem walking to the stadium and back, even in the cold weather. The house was perfect, clean and pleasant!

Nice townhome close to downtown

Easy checkin and good communication. Well equipped, quiet home with back porch and lovely garden. Sleeping 6 adults is tight without using the couch. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and reasonably priced

We came for fall graduation and were thrilled to find such a cute rental without paying the exorbitant hotel room rates. The house is super clean and conveniently located. Jenny was very quick to respond to any questions too. A great couple of nights stay. Thank you for being so accommodating.

V Tech Visit!

We had a fantastic couple of days visiting V.T. ! The house was beautiful, everything was very clean and comfortable. The garden and courtyard were lovely. Jenny was easy to reach with questions and responded very quickly. Really a perfect couple of days away! We will definitely be back. Thank you again.
