THE VILLA
The entrance to this modern villa is on the ground floor at the level of the large kitchen living room with central island framed by large bay windows which let in all the light. You can share great meals with your loved ones on the large oak table and enjoy a good movie on the large corner sofa that faces a large screen TV with Apple TV. This generous living room is very well furnished and decorated. It is framed by a terrace where you can lounge, take your meals or relax in the heated swimming pool.A first parental suite as well as the dormitory with these 6 beds are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs are three lovely master suites

THE ROOMS
The four large and beautiful rooms of the BELHARRA villa are carefully decorated. Their bluish gray curtains, their soothing paintings and light wood furniture are an ode to nature and the Mediterranean. Two of them have a sea view over the bay of Lecques.
Each double bedroom has a very nice bathroom with a spacious shower, a nice basin, a large mirror, storage spaces (including a safe) and a toilet.
The dormitory sleeps 6 and has 2 pull-out light wood beds with a pull-out bed. It also has an equipped bathroom as described above.

CONVENIENCE
The laundry room located on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The storage space next to the house will allow you to store your sports equipment. The plancha on the terrace and the glass wine cellar will seduce you with their conviviality.
