Private Beachfront Luxury Villa on Grace Bay

This 4000 square foot vacation villa is situated directly on the white sand beach of western Grace Bay - rated among the top ten in the Caribbean. Swim and snorkel just steps from your door in the remarkably clear waters of Provo’s north shore. A short walk along the beach are Smith’s Reef and Coral Gardens, two of the Island’s finest snorkeling reefs within swimming distance from shore.

The spacious and supremely comfortable holiday home consists of two levels, with six bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning throughout. A formal dining room accommodates 12, and adjoins a beautifully outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar.

Stepping through the entrance foyer, is a great room with wet bar, and separate television room; 14 foot floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the outdoor covered patio facing the beach, a perfect area for entertaining, additional dining or poolside lounging.

From the quiet privilege of your beachfront patio, take in the view of Provo’s northshore reef, yachts and fishing boats beyond, and the occasional paragliders breezing overhead in the distance.

Upper level has two master suites (King beds) facing ocean; while the third (King) and fourth (Queen) bedrooms overlook the front gardens. Lower level contains additional two garden-front bedrooms, one with two twins, the other with a King bed. Guest powder room just off the Great Room. A laundry room completes the accommodations.

Serenity House is surrounded by colorful tropical foliage in a large and private garden. Conveniently located only a two minute drive or short walk to grocery shopping or Turtle Cove Marina, with several fine restaurants, shops, fishing, diving and watersports activities.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Serenity House. Everything about the property was first rate. Fabulous pool. Well designed, well furnished home for a family stay. We enjoyed two private chef dinners that were perfect for the kitchen and dining room. We would repeat.

Just a few thoughts on our stay at Serenity House in Turks and Caicos. Dinesh was wonderful at answering all our questions before the trip and Paul was on top of everything when we were staying at the house. They were terrific!!! We also enjoyed every aspect of the house! Its location was perfect for all the things we got to do! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and the beds were soft and comfortable. We were a family of 13 people ranging from 5 to 72 years old.We had a chef come in and cook dinner for our 50th wedding anniversary and the food was amazing. The name of the chef was Chef Tiziano. We also had family photos done in front of the house and also on the beach done by "Enchanting Photography". Highly recommend Serenity House.

Serenity House

There were 6 couples and this home is set up perfectly for a large group. Loved the pool and beach. Not walking distance to much so we were glad we rented a van. It was an amazing vacation!

Family

Our group consisted of myself, my niece and nephew and their spouses, one great nephew (18) and two great nieces (9 and 11). The pool and the closeness to the beach were top among "likes". This was a wonderful family vacation.

Great property and location right on the beach. Unseasonably hot and ac only in bedrooms. Really a great space with wonderful kitchen. Each bedroom has a private bath. Great gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating. Well maintained property. Best family vacation ever.

Grace Bay Serenity 6 couples

Had an excellent experience, 6 couples stayed in the house for a week, the outdoor space and pool and proximity to the beach was awesome. Likewise, the ensuite bathrooms make things very comfortable. Would highly recommend. We didn't really need any help no issues with the house, but Paul was very helpful with suggestions, where to go etc. I do recommend a car if staying there.

Beautiful!!

Our party of 12 really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we truly enjoyed one of our best family vacations ever. Great layout of the house, ample seating, perfect patio shade, lovely pool, great location. Only feedback is the furniture is dated and I would recommend updating the kitchen sink/faucet and fridge (ice situation was terrible).

It was a pleasure to have you visit and we’re so happy you enjoyed your stay at Serenity House. Apologies for the inadequate ice situation, which was only a temporary one. The villa has two separate ice makers. The guest had a working ice machine for their entire stay. (The second ice maker was newly installed, but the USA seller didn't include a necessary part and that was being sent down to the island separately). We explained to the guest that in the Turks and Caicos parts could not be obtained on island and next day parts delivery was not available from the USA. Despite having one working ice machine, the guest wanted two machines. The missing part arrived and was installed on her departure day and two machines were again available that day. Unfortunately, these guests also lost a $99 piece of outdoor furniture and guests did not follow check out instructions and left the property unlocked and unsecured on their departure day.

Amazing!

We had an absolutely amazing time with 10 of us as a family adults and teenagers. The house is perfectly located, with an amazing beach and pool just out the front door and great snorkeling just a short walk away. We were picked up right on our beach for several island adventures and Christine our property manager was very responsive with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful spot

Serenity House is all that it was described. Everything was clean and lovely. It’s right on the beach and we’ll stacked with all necessities. The only issue with our stay was that we were there in mid June and the house got pretty warm by afternoon. The bedrooms have a/c but there’s only one unit in the main area.

Trip to paradise

This property is an ideal setting on the beach with a pool. The house was amazing and had everything you could need. It is easy to get to nearby places, especially if renting a car. Just be aware main part of house doesn’t have central air, though bedrooms have units so it takes a little getting used to. Well worth it though.

Perfect Beach Home!!

Amazing outdoor space! this is where we spent all our waking hours. The set up of this house is perfect every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, plenty of seating inside & out. The house is well stocked with anything you would possible need from the kitchen to the beach. The property manager was very responsive to questions. Could not have picked a better house for our visit to the island.

Perfect villa for large family

This villa was perfect for our family of 10 which included 2 toddlers and 2 elderly grandparents. Clean and beautiful house / property with a private walkway to beach. Definitely need a rental car. The bars / restaurants in Turtle Cove are walkable, but a car is needed to get to Grace Bay and other areas of interest. Christine was fantastic to work with. Very accommodating and communicative. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic week at an amazing property

We had a great time. The house is a perfect setup for large gatherings. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom and there is enough space that you aren’t tripping over each other. The location is stunning. Marjorie was great and quickly responded to any questions. Everything about the house was great. The kitchen was well equipt. A few more beach chairs would be all I could ask for. Thank you. We will be back.

Great house and setting

Everything was fantastic. Group of 12 with 4 small children. Amenities were just as advertised. Beach was so close that we were able to go back and forth to the house for meals or swimming, which was great with the 2 infants and 2 small children. Rooms were great and a/c worked well. Kitchen and outdoor grill were great as we cooked most nights. Grocery store and fish market were short car rides away. Christine was very responsive for a couple of questions we had and mid-week maid serice was nice to have. Overall, one of the absolute best experiences and a delight to know that their vrbo advertising did not embellish anything!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family. There were 8 of us, and we all had enough space to spread out. The location and view was spectacular. Christine the property manager was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any needs. Having such a spacious living space outside was incredible. It was where we lived. The pool was an added bonus. The grandchildren spent afternoons in the pool after a morning at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked at our house most nights. I highly recommend this property. Wonderful!

Amazing!

Well appointed home with beautiful views. My husband and I vacationed with 4 other couples. There is plenty of room for privacy and gatherings. A few restuarants that are walkable. A memorable experience. Christine was helpful and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Just one suggestion. While beach chairs are provided, we would have loved lounge chairs to be in place. Perhaps there is a service we could have used. We hope to visit again!

Villa lay-out, cleanliness, wonderfully stocked kitchen, furnishings, pool, beach: EXCEPTIONAL. However there was nothing in the property description before we paid over Twenty-one thousand dollars and arrived to meet with orientation property management agent that mentioned the 500.00 for electricity allowance, anything over is extra. We'd never experienced this in upscale rental.He advised keep all doors to bedrooms closed (AC unit in each one) and all week we faithfully did that and turned off all lights when we left during day, kept the bedroom shades closed. Made sure all sliding and other doors to outside stayed completely closed. Agent advised we can use the one AC unit downstairs in TV sitting area, same size as the ones in each bedroom, to cool over 2,000 sf (foyer, main seating area, TV sitting area, breakfast table seating area, seated bar, dining room and kitchen under vaulted space of 13 foot ceiling) - however, we NEVER TURNED THAT AC UNIT ON ONCE the whole week because we were concerned about a skyrocketing overage. When agent came our last day, he checked & advised we went over by 93! Honestly we were sweating inside even with all of the fans on and still went over! We were not "supremely comfortable" (words described in listing) with the "AC throughout" because AC was not throughout the downstairs. The allowance should be at least 1,000 not 500 so guests do not have to sweat. My comments are factual and not misleading in any way.

Serenity House is a wonderful place!

Just a very short distance from the airport, we arrived somewhat early and Christine, our most gracious hostess, was there to welcome us, escort us through the villa, and explain its various systems. With us were our three adult children and their spouses as well as our three grand children (ranging in age from 3-7 years old). With six large bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a large living room, an expansive "common room" opening out onto a spacious patio and pool, a large dining room, and a well equipped kitchen, there was plenty of room for each and all to follow the schedules and pursuits of their various wishes and inclinations. The well manicured gardens surrounding the villa are stunning. The lush, sandy beach is just steps from the back patio. Inviting snorkeling is a short walk up the beach. Excellent restaurants are close by. The splendid Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Course is a 5-10 minute drive away. The private boat excursion we arranged pulled right up to our beach as did the parasailing. What more could one possibly wish or hope for on a Caribbean vacation. On a practical note, the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry are all well stocked with everything you might reasonably need. Maids come mid-week to change beds, towels, etc. and do a thorough cleaning. There were plenty of pool and beach toys for our grandchildren and books, puzzles, and games for the adults. Any problems and Christine is instantly there with any expert necessary to fix them! We loved it here!
