Historical home located in the eclectic Wilson Park Historic District. Within walking distance (four blocks) of the Downtown/ Dickson Street Entertainment District including restaurants, shopping, Farmer's Market and Walton Arts Center. Also, within walking distance (six blocks) of the eastern border of the University of Arkansas and Razorback Greenway. This cozy two-bedroom home is stylishly furnished and has all the comforts of home including a peaceful and serene screened in back porch and deck. Exterior security recording devices are located at the front door, on the garage and back entrance to screened in porch.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The host took great care to ensure that everything was perfect. We were in town visiting our Son and looked forward to coming home every evening that we were there. It truly felt like home. We highly recommend this home if you are in the Fayetteville area. It is also very convenient to everything. We will be booking this home for future visits.

Such a beautiful, clean, cozy home!! Has everything and more that you need plus it’s in such a beautiful neighborhood and close to all the activity but also very quiet and peaceful!! Loved every bit of our stay!

Wonderful Bungalow

Wonderful stay!

Sandra was a great host and we loved the house. It was clean and has everything a visitor might need. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return to Fayetteville.

This bungalow is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The house is charming. The location is great for exploring Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas. We loved spending time on the screened porch. Communication with Sandra was great. We would love to stay here again.

Charming home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is located so conveniently to anything and everything in Fayetteville. It was so comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated to be able to prepare meals for our college kids!

Perfect location for University of Arkansas

Interesting decor, comfortable beds and very clean. More personal decor than other rentals. We did have problems with parking and getting to the door. I must utilize a walker, the walkway was difficult to maneuver because of metal cross ridges and ahrubbery. The driveway

A Magical 'Must' Stay!

We loved this bungalow so much we are sorry we didn't have it every time for our visits to Fayetteville. It doesn't get more ideal than this...charm, comfort, location, setting and all the amenities you would need. Thank you so much to our host for a picture perfect weekend! We hope to stay again!

Charm in Arkansas

Great historic house and great location

Sandra was an amazing owner. Great communication and hospitality. The house and yard were beautiful. Easy to walk to Dickson locations and University of Arkansas campus. Highly recommend!
