Smart TV's with Direct TV in living room and bedroom, that you can add your own Netflix, Prime, Hulu or any streaming you have at home. DVD player in living room, WiFi and cable included. Comfortable queen sleeper sofa with extra thick memory foam mattress sleeps two. Sun room to sit in to play games or enjoy a good book. Enclosed patio includes swing, dining set, and gas propane grill which will be kept full by the owner. I have smoke detectors and CO detectors, also fire extinguisher to keep you safe. Within 2 blocks walking distance from Historic Downtown Golden, close to restaurants, parks, breweries, theater, Coors and Colorado School of Mines. Across the street from Clear Creek where you can kayak or tube or rent an electric bike on those warm Golden days or just walk the trails. You will be able to day trip and ski as a resort is only an hour away. Close to all other ski resorts and Red Rocks Amphitheater. Catch the RTD light rail to downtown Denver 15 minutes away to the Rockies, Broncos, Avalanche, Outlaws games, the Theater or the night life.
