Cozy studio apartment at the base of South Table Mountain

Located across the street from South Table Mountain Park, enjoy short hikes or Mountain biking right out the door. You will have a completely private basement studio apartment, with walk out patio area. Just off I70 and Denver West Pkwy, minutes from Red Rocks, Historic Downtown Golden, 20min from Denver, and 45 miles to skiing. You will be close to restaurants, breweries, and shops.

New Construction, new everything. Basement studio apartment, with walkout private keypad entrance, stocked Full Kitchen, all in 1 W/D. The queen alcove bed is very cozy, and there is a twin size sofa sleeper.
Please keep in mind that this is a basement unit to the primary home of a family of four. We have put soundproofing mechanisms in place, but you may hear footsteps overhead from time to time.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed and then some. It was spotless and very well appointed. Situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the outdoor space for our morning coffee.

Perfect for my purpose!

Great BnB -Centrally Located

The place was spotless. It is about the size of a large hotel room but everything is there, including complementary snacks , drinks, and coffee. Very quiet area and great location for us to access the places we went to. Highly recommend this to anyone.😁

Perfect stay

This please was perfect for our quick trip to Golden. We came for a Red Rocks concert and this place was within driving distance. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. Even though we were in the basement, the family above did not bother us at all.

Perfect Red Rocks spot for couples/friends

We loved our stay! Unit was clean and well laid out. 15 minutes from Red Rocks in a quiet scenic neighborhood. Sara was super responsive and flexible for the checkin process. Will be back for our next visit to RR!

Cozy Little Place

This is a cozy little place to rest your head after running around all day. Would highly recommend. If and when we go back to Denver we’ll definitely stay here. There’s a lot to do in Golden that is 15mins away or less.

golden weekend stay

Our weekend in this cozy studio was the perfect getaway! Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Everything we needed and more was stocked, and the place was spotless. My husband and I loved hiking the trail nearby and also felt very safe taking a morning walk through the neighborhood. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Great Location

Everything we needed for a quick trip to Golden. The place is very clean, updated and comfortable. It's really small, but fine for 2 adults. Owner was very responsive. Loved being able to walk right across the street for a beautiful morning hike!

Perfect Concert Getaway!

This is the cutest little place to stay. My girlfriend and I were in town to see our first show at Red Rocks and our home away from home didn’t disappoint! The description does bode true you will hear footsteps as this is below their home but it didn’t bother us! 10/10 would recommend.

Great central spot

Finding the house, dedicated parking spot and checking in was super easy. Very thoughtful layout in a small space, having areas for cooking a full meal, relaxing, or doing a bit of work. Lots of yummy snacks, and drinks to pick from. Back yard is big, but a bit of Colorado winter came to visit so no lounging out there. Friendly and on site hosts Casey and Sara have a comfy, clean place that would be a repeat.

Great location super cute

The cozy studio apartment is just that. Super cozy, very clean and great location to Red Rock amphitheater. Stayed here with my daughter and the apartment was perfect size for the 2 of us for a long weekend of hiking and a concert at Red Rock. We hiked in the Breckenridge area which was easy drive from the apartment. Check in was easy and great communication from Sara during the whole process. Definitely would recommend Sara's place

Everything you need

Everything you need is here in a small footprint, without feeling crowded. All appliances and needed utensils were top-notch. Located in quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially for a concert or other excursions. It is not a cabin in the mountains, but great, none-the-less.
