We had a great stay at this property. Beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful home. Quiet and safe. The apartment is attached to the main house. But has separate secure entry. It has great amenities and was very comfortable. Worked out perfectly for us as we were in town for a wedding 7 mins away. Highly recommend.

Lovely place, nice and clean and cute. Very comfortable. Had lots of helpful items I forgot to pack which I appreciated (like a blow dryer and shampoo) Very minor gripe we were woken early by noise from the attached home, which was unfortunate as we were hoping to sleep in uninterrupted as we were on a retreat together (away from the kids) Maybe if there was a fan running continuously to dampen any extra sounds that would help? Like I said it was minor and my husband and I agreed if we ever were in the area again we would come back. Thank you to the host, you have a nice place :)

Excellent communication from the Host. Accurate listing and photos. Great directions and information for check-in. Private apt on main level of shared home with own private entrance from the front main porch of the main home. Nice open windows and lighting. Parking on street directly in front of home. Attached to main home, so do hear other people and pets on occasion, but not bad. Clean apt with comfortable seating and clean comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, very clean with nice towels. Stackable laundry small but works. Full size modern fridge and freezer and nice sink and modern microwave, including cutlery, dishes, coffee pot. No stove or oven, but that was ok. Great location and very clean and nice safe neighborhood. Very quiet at night. Definitely would recommend to others and actually have already rebooked another visit. Thank you

Megan's (in-law suite) space is cozy, quiet, clean; just the right amount of space for me. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and microwave - everything you need to make simple meals. I appreciated the washer & dryer. The bed was comfortable and there were ample lines for the bathroom.The only thing that I was not expecting was the space not having it's own thermostat. Generally I was comfortable temperature wise (perhaps a little on the cool side bc I tend to run cold). The fan was always on, so the white noise from that was good for sleeping. There are extra blankets. It would be good if a fan were provided for those that run warm. This was a perfect location for exploring the Front Range. The neighborhood has some trails right there in the open space parks and is within 30-60 minutes of a multitude of recreational areas. My favorites were Golden Gate Canyon Park and Indian Peaks Wilderness.I would not hesitate to recommend Megan's space and would look to see if it's available for my next trip to the greater Denver area.

Spent 3 nights here while we explored different parks in the surrounding areas. Megan's place makes a wonderful base to stay while exploring in different directions.Things we loved: The bed was nice and comfy and very clean. And it was great being able to take a HOT shower (yes, the water gets very hot). We appreciated the easy access to the apartment...a separate entrance right at the front of the house. Megan provided coffee and a coffee pot which was wonderful since we love our morning coffee. It was also great having access to a full size refrigerator since we packed our lunches everyday before heading out to explore. The home is located in a nice neighborhood that felt very safe. We appreciated this since parking is on the street outside the home. Things someone might not love so much: You can definitely hear the family in their home. This didn't bother us personally. But if you want complete quiet, this may irritate you. We heard the family talking quite a bit and I think maybe the dog running up and down the stairs. The dog never barked though. I'm just assuming it was a dog because of how fast the footstep were going. Haha!! And one night we heard the kitty crying like crazy, which we personally thought was adorable. But if these things annoy you, then take this into consideration. They didn't bother us at all, but it was definitely noisy compared to what we anticipated. Overall, I'd recommend this place! Megan was attentive to our needs & a great host.
