Newly Renovated One Bedroom Cottage - Walk to Long Beach/Good Harbor Beach

Please enjoy our fully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom cottage. It is a 5 minute walk to Long Beach, less a than 10 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home, with air conditioning, two smart TV's, WiFi, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas grill. The cottage is also equipped with two tower fans. The yard has been beautifully landscaped with an lovely outdoor patio for you to enjoy after a day enjoying all that Cape Ann has to offer.

My husband and I want to assure you that we take our guests comfort and safety very seriously and have our home professionally cleaned between guests. Although we provide linens and towels, we understand if you prefer to use your own, and will accommodate your needs.

Bear Skin Neck is a short drive from the house, where you can enjoy art galleries, shops, great restaurants and local sights.

Great Spot to explore the island!

I grew up in Rockport and Gloucester and came in for a wedding with my wife and 2 yr old son. Check in was very easy and space was accommodating. Communication with owners was very wasy and fast responses. Great location to explore everything Rockport and Gloucester have to offer. Will definitely consider this location again for our next trip during warmer months!

Across from Long Beach

Loved the location. Clean, comfortable and fully supplied one bedroom across the street from Long Beach, Rockport. Nice patio area and washer/dryer, even some beach towels. Ann was always available and very accommodating. Hope to back soon.

A home away from home!

From the start of the process of reserving , Ann has made it simple and stress free! She responded yo us quickly if we had any questions. We are very familiar with the area, so finding her cottage made us so happy. It was clean, comfortable and very homey! We felt like we were home as soon as we opened the door. Looking forward to many more stays.

Good location

My husband and I stay for an extended weekend trip to Gloucester and Rockport beaches. We enjoyed Long Beach and Good Harbor beach both are a short drive. Long Beach parking is $20 and Good Harbor requires an advance prepayment online for a parking pass. Great restaurants and shopping options for groceries.

Great Fall Get Away

We love this area in the fall, traveled form Salt Lake City, Utah and got in around 2AM. Owner was just perfect in communication and had no issues getting into property. Location is why we picked this property and for what we like to do in the area the access was great and the neighborhood quiet when we wanted to relax. Hope it is available our next trip back east.

Wonderful

Super clean and super location! Cannot beat location. Could use a full length mirror a tea kettle but No complaints, lovely. Would definitely recommend. Loved the little patio area. Road noise starts about 7 am but not a problem. Very nice and felt safe.

Great location for Long Beach, Rockport

Short walk but on busy Thatcher Rd so single file! Walking to beach. Pictures are very accurate and quiet area with a lovely patio area and plenty of parking. Beach and bath towels were provided along with bed linens. Kitchen is fully equipped and nice open living/dining and kitchen area with counter stools, etc. Can’t wait to come back!

Another great trip

I have stayed at this property before, which is why I booked it when I saw it was available. Don't expect an ocean view, though you can hear the surf. Nestled in trees, the property is in the quiet part of Cape Ann a short drive from both downtown Rockport and Gloucester, close to a few beaches. Very clean with a comfortable bed, and a nice patio for morning coffee. A great place for weary travelers to rest after a full day exploring the cape.

My husband and I love Cape Ann, and were fortunate to purchase this property in 2015. There is a 1/2 acre of land, with a larger house set in the rear of the property separated by privacy landscaping, we renovated the Cottage last winter. Hopefully you will love it as much as we do.
