Newly Renovated One Bedroom Cottage - Walk to Long Beach/Good Harbor Beach

Please enjoy our fully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom cottage. It is a 5 minute walk to Long Beach, less a than 10 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home, with air conditioning, two smart TV's, WiFi, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas grill. The cottage is also equipped with two tower fans. The yard has been beautifully landscaped with an lovely outdoor patio for you to enjoy after a day enjoying all that Cape Ann has to offer.

My husband and I want to assure you that we take our guests comfort and safety very seriously and have our home professionally cleaned between guests. Although we provide linens and towels, we understand if you prefer to use your own, and will accommodate your needs.

Bear Skin Neck is a short drive from the house, where you can enjoy art galleries, shops, great restaurants and local sights.

Cute little 1 bedroom house with a pull out couch in the main room. The location is very convenient for the beach, Gloucester, Rockport, and Long Beach Dairy Maid for ice cream!

Very clean property in a nice quaint little town, close to downtown and beaches. Ann was very responsive with any questions we had. We stayed for 5 days, would definitely stay again.

Cute bungalow with access to the beach. To walk to the beach is a bit risky because there is no sidewalk and the cottage is on a busy road.

The place was super clean and cozy. My only complaint was the pull out mattress which was very uncomfortable but aside from that it was a great stay and experience.

Cute cottage in great location

This was a perfect cottage for our family of 4. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, was walking distance to the beach, and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves.We took a whale watching tour from the harbor that was just a few minutes away. It was amazing. The owner was super responsive when I had a question. I would definitely recommend!

Cute and cozy!

I booked this spot to go and visit Salem we also loved walking around down town Gloucester. The VRBO had plenty of blankets and everything we needed to feel cozy and at home. I would definitely stay here again! The only reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars is that in the description it says walking distance. I do think technically it could be but the cottage is off a busy road so I didn’t feel comfortable walking. Ubering isn’t bad though and they were all very nice. Also the keypad for the door is very touchy I would have to do it multiple times to get it to unlock. It is in a very safe neighborhood. I’m already on planning on when to come back!

An Enjoyable Trip

We were generally happy with the unit except for one minor conditions (large ants in the bedroom). We noticed ant traps located at certain locations, but we still saw some the first couple of nights. We were very careful by avoiding leaving food in the open. The remainder of the trip was wonderful. The unit layout was very nice and well furnished. The outdoor patio was very enjoyable and private. The owner was helpful and timely when we need address any issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting it again.

Great Spot to explore the island!

I grew up in Rockport and Gloucester and came in for a wedding with my wife and 2 yr old son. Check in was very easy and space was accommodating. Communication with owners was very wasy and fast responses. Great location to explore everything Rockport and Gloucester have to offer. Will definitely consider this location again for our next trip during warmer months!

My husband and I love Cape Ann, and were fortunate to purchase this property in 2015. There is a 1/2 acre of land, with a larger house set in the rear of the property separated by privacy landscaping, we renovated the Cottage last winter. Hopefully you will love it as much as we do.
