Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cabin and bunk house. The main cabin has 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, full kitchen and dining area as well as living room leading out to a deck with terrific lake views. The bunkhouse has 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, which is equipped with 2 full beds and 1 loft bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa featuring a pullout bed. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with fridge, stove, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and all cooking utensils and dishes you will need. No smoking. Pickerel Lake is clean and quiet lake offering many recreational activities and suburb fishing.

Perfect family get away on beautiful Lake Pickerel!

Great set up for family with multi aged children. Clear Lake Wylie we were able to rent a pontoon from the local restaurant will definitely stay again!

Fishing with friends

Very nice location on Pickerel Lake. Cabin and bunkhouse are well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our party included 5 adults with plenty of space for all. We used the dock and deck extensively for relaxing and fishing. The owners were awesome!

The property and all the amenities were far beyond any expectations we had. Owner was responsive and the neighbors were exceptionally nice! So many games and water activities available. We will definitely be back! Beautiful property!

Lovely place to visit!

Checking in & out at this place was a cinch! Communicating w/ the hosts was great. Would be happy to return again. The only draw back was the listing stated that room for 9 to sleep, but one adult in our party of 8 had to sleep on the couch pull out cushions, on the floor. Other than that this was a wonderful place to spend time w/ family. Thank You to the hosts.

Great stay

Overall everything was great. The bed in the main house wasn’t very comfortable but the one in the back cabins were good. The fire pit was falling apart so we had in improvise a bit. The front deck is really nice to sit on. It’s shaded so that was good.

Adorable little place

A great place to stay! Loved the cabin and the bunk house. The owners were available to talk at all times and amazing to deal with! The only thing to let you know is be careful if you are bringing a boat and truck parking is really hard. If you have any more than a boat and a truck parking would be rough if not nearly impossible. They have this amazing public trail that was so cool to walk in the mornings and evenings behind the house!

Fishing Trip

Cabin worked well for us and host accommodated all of our needs. We required a little extra parking space and he helped arrange some space with a neighbor for one of our boats. Neighbors were great and met someone from Council Bluffs , our home town. Thanks

Lake stay

The location is very good. The place is old & needs some tender loving care. Never good on the first night one sinks into the bed in the main cabin, not sure what was wrong but something wasn’t right with the bed. Towels were placed around the bottom of the toilet so come to find out the toilet is leaking somewhere just needs some maintenance

Great for fishing

We really enjoyed our stay for a grandfather, son, grandson fishing trip. Easy access to a nearby ramp and a dock we could tie onto made using our boat convenient. Each of us enjoyed our own bedroom, the well equipped kitchen, and the deck for evening beverages. Our only challenge was the narrow, steep, pea gravel driveway that made maneuvering the trailer difficult but not impossible. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you!

Pretty nice cabin on the lake

The cabin and bunkhouse were clean and had all the basic essentials which is all you really need for a get away on the lake. There were yard games and plenty of linens and supplies to feel right at home, and the property owners are responsive and available. One minor set back was the listing stated there was a fjrepit when we discovered it was thrown away at some point, which was a bit disappointing since cabin bonfires are a given but it was a minor set back and didn't inconvenience our stay too much. I do hope the listing is more accurately listed in the future, but I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any looking for a quiet place with your own private water access.

Perfect for family

With 4 kids finding adequate sleeping can be difficult. With a set of double bunk beds and a double bed in the bunkhouse, 1 bed and a pull out couch in main cabin it was easy for us all to have a nice place to sleep. Lots of water accessories for us to use. We brought our boat and parking was a little difficult but the neighbors were very helpful and accommodating and allowed us to have part of our vehicle in their driveway so we didn't have to daily unhook our boat.

Labor Day at the Lake

We enjoyed the peaceful down time at the lake home. The extra bunk house with bathroom was modern, clean, and decorated with fun beach decor. We even went on a pontoon ride around the lake.

Wonderful weekend

We all had a great time at the lake, everything was as described very easy access to the cabin. The bunkhouse was also awesome. We'll supplied with everything you would need, would recommend this rental to anyone.
