Great Back Yard, Quiet, Cozy, & Squeaky Clean!

Bright, clean, and cozy 3 bedroom/1.75 bath home. Nice kitchen, well-stocked with cooking tools and utensils, and basic spices and seasonings! Dining table seats 6!, and open to kitchen and living room.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and attached to a full bath.

Bedroom 2 has queen bed, and across hallway from the 3/4 bath.

Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed (two twin beds), and an additional stand-alone twin bed, and is across the hallway from the 3/4 bath.

Hallway has desk with lots of outlets for charging phones, camera batteries, etc, and makes a great laptop/workspace. Desk has good books, magazines, board games, puzzles, etc!

Back yard... probably why you're looking at this place... GREAT lawn area, perfect for badminton, soccer, and throwing a football! Awesome patio/pergola with fantastic outdoor dining furniture. Propane BBQ grill, and even a dog kennel and doghouse, complete with a water dish for Fido!! Completely fenced and safe for the kids and pups.

2 AC units in the home during the summer months; one is a portable unit in the back bedroom, and there is a window unit in the dining area (opposite end of the home), so this home stays extremely cool and comfortable, even in the hottest weather!!

The home was clean, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Backyard was amazing. We had a family of Mule deer visit one afternoon for several hours. Convenient to the main strip and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great place with everything you need to feel like home! Loved it! Within an hour of the east entrance to Yellowstone and lots to do in Cody local.

Slightly old fashioned but comfortable and clean. Deer came to visit in the garden daily. Great for photos. Went to the cowboy show and Rodeo. Absolutely fantastic and value for money.

This property is just as described. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the one bedroom with no ac units (the a/c units are noisy) and opened the windows for sleeping. This worked out just fine. The host was very good to respond with concerns and keeping us informed. Our main purpose was to tour Yellowstone Park and this was an ideal location. The back yard is nice and relaxing.

Lots of room inside, lots of room outside, it was exactly as advertised. A great place to stay and the pictures of the deer, they were there every morning

Wonderful hidden gem, if you are traveling with your dog this place is perfect! Beautiful fenced back yard that our dog thoroughly enjoyed running around. Very quiet neighborhood and great place to start your Yellowstone adventure.

Amazing little get away

We needed a place to stay while in Cody for our daughter marching, and this little gem was the absolute perfect spot! The host are absolutely amazing, and the house is just perfect for a little stay with the fam bam

Very nice home and a peaceful neighborhood

We were very pleased with this rental. The house was very comfortable and easy to enjoy. The highlight of our stay were the deer feeding in the front yard in the mornings. I hope the owner was as happy with our stay as we were.

This property is just a few minutes drive from downtown, easy to find, and the backyard is incredibly quiet. We have huge fir trees, which creates privacy and keeps things quiet! Our favorite thing about the property is the big back yard. We recently build a large pergola w/ great lighting, and have a comfy outdoor dining area to enjoy the evenings outside! We love the big patio with BBQ and flower boxes- great atmosphere!!
