Great location regardless whether you’re staying in town or exploring. Easy walk to retail, restaurants, bars and historical area.Easy to get out of town and on to your adventures afield.Plenty of bedrooms for family and/or friends and great indoor and outdoor gathering areas.Well decorated and comfortable.

This house is very well taken care of! The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The house is old, so ceilings are lower and doorways are smaller, although it didnt impact anything other than my tall son having to pay more attention to where he was! The owner was responsive and friendly and made the stay easy. Thanks for everything!

Seeing the children swinging on the on the horse swings brang great joy to my heart The deer think they are the tourist, we don't have the heart to tell anything different, they are constantly hanging out in the yard, could be, we have 14 trees to munch on and they love the shade

Great family rental

Perfect place to stay with family. We had three generations with us and it was so nice to be able to spend time in Cody together. We spent quite a bit of time on the outdoor swing listening to the wind. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The directions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property.

I know how you feel the last & best night I spent, in the back yard on the log swing with the fire table glowing with a 3' fire. The Stars were twinkling, I could see the stars drawn in the sky in diffrent patterns by the all mighty God who formed all of this for you & me. I swung on the log swings with friends & family with my shoes off & the long Kentucky Blue Grass running through my toes. Laughter, reminiscing & great music filled the air. With nature chiming in the back ground. Definitely the place to go to if you want to feel the Spirit of God..........

Cody House

The house was very clean & within walking distance to town. Under an hour drive to Yellowstone, which was very nice! The town of Cody has some beautiful hikes, too (Cedar Mountain). Buffalo Bill dam is cool to see & free!

Very nice accommodations and very convenient for walking up town

Clean, well furnished and supplied with towels and cooking utensils, dishwasher and washer and dryer. There were 10 pf us and we all found a place to crash.

Calling Strikes!!!

We didn’t strike out by staying here!! We hit a grand slam! The home was large enough to have privacy yet small enough to build a brotherhood. We were close to everything we needed to do. The home was super clean and comfortable!!

Overall great place to stay

The house is beautiful, great place for families who don't want to stay in a hotel. The yard has great space to play with tree swings, quiet street. Bedrooms all good size, comfy beds. Kitchen was good, large table for eight people to eat. Their was some confusion on check-in and check-out - the code for the keybox on the door was changed without notice so we had trouble getting in, and check-out time was listed differently than when we were expected out. I would still consider staying here again.

We enjoyed having you call VRBO and they can read you the instructions if you missed it This guest was sent codes & check in and out times 4 days in advance through email & text. Gathering

We had a gathering of 8 very good old friends in Cody and the home was an ideal spot for us! Quiet area just a couple blocks from downtown, which was ideal for strolling, restaurants, & shopping. A 3 minute drive to the museum, which is well worth a prolonged visit. The property & its amenities checked all the boxes. A huge plus were the ample yards, swinging benches & 4 fire pits! Owner was AWESOME, friendly, available for questions, & most accommodating. House fully equipped & we wanted for nothing. Great choice, highly recommend!

Our trip west

We had a wonderful time and saw alot. There was alot of driving and we had a nice place to stay. For us I would have preferred a little more lighting and a couple of the guests had a hard time when in tub as there were no grab bars and the tub bottoms were a little slippery. The utility co was working in the area and had to shut the power off for a 3 hour window. We worked with property owner who was able to ensure everything was in working order when it came back on. Overall we did have a good time at this property. We even saw the resident deer family on several evenings. Property is very easy to get to from main area, parking was plentiful. Thank you for hosting our family while we were there

This is first time anyone had a hard time in the bathtub in 15 years, sorry. After this booking we bought rubber matts for every bathroom so far no one has used them. Our houses are in Yellowstone National Park area, when the electricity goes out, maybe like once in 5 years, due to a animal breaching the electrical for the hole small town of 8,000 people. We tried to have the squirrel arrested but they don't always cooperate. In Wy. we figure that's a sign to go out & have fun in nature.

Best Place to Stay in Cody

We loved our stay at Yellowstone House of the 3 Bears. Our family (6 adults, 4 small children) found the house clean and well-appointed. The house is located within walking distance of town and is convenient to everything.Communication with our host was professional and timely. Directions were clear and easy to understand. All questions were answered quickly.The bedrooms worked well with 4 small children. The kitchen is large, with great appliances including a full size washer and dryer. As seen in the house photos, deer made regular appearances every day, to the delight of our kids. The outdoor area is very family friendly. Our little ones spent hours on the horse swings in the backyard.We also rented the one bedroom casita in the backyard. While there was plenty of room in the larger house for our family, it was nice to have an area where adults or kids could decompress or entertain themselves separately.I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Cody area.

House was in a great location to town & approximately an hour to Yellowstone NP. In spite being an older home, everything was in good working order & the home was clean with instructional notes posted everywhere throughout the house.

Wonderful Home!

My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in Cody at this lovely home. We cannot say enough good things about this VRBO. We stayed at at least 5 Rentals on this trip and I can say this is the nicest. Well-stocked, clean, great location and quiet. The host was very prompt in replying to our questions and she’s a very nice person. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Beautiful Historic 4 bedroom 2 bath Home

This house is a charming 4 bedroom home located minutes from downtown Cody. There were many bed options, plus air mattresses to accommodate our group of nine guys. Karen was great to work with from the very start. It had everything we needed. I hope to return with my family next year.

Awesome place and great location!

The house was very clean plenty of room the fire pits out side were a nice touch. The neighborhood deer were entertaining. Also the place is walking distance into downtown. And not far driving to lots of fun activities. It is about a 50 min drive to east Yellowstone entrance but the drive there is beautiful! The kitchen was tight but everything works. Really enjoyed our stay!
