Family getaway to Lake Junaluska

Attractive, quiet, fully furnished mountain house on the grounds of the Lake Junaluska Conference Center. Large deck in the trees; mountain view from the front porch. Only one step required to enter the first floor. Equipped with a smart TV (with free access to the Spectrum TV channels), free Wi-fi, washer/dryer/laundry supplies, dishwasher, wood-burning fireplace, central heating/cooling, and ceiling fans in every room. Linens and towels available upon request; fee varies depending on amount of laundry left for the housekeeper. Within walking distance of the pool, playground, Rose Walk, trail around the lake, and other activities. Five-minute drive to Waynesville or Maggie Valley, 15-minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 25-minute drive to Asheville, and many hiking opportunities nearby. Well-behaved dogs welcome (maximum of 2).

Couldn't have asked for better!The home was exceptionally clean, very roomy, and so well-stocked with everything we needed - kitchen essentials, towels, extra blankets, you name it. The location was super convenient to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We have loved staying at this spacious family getaway. Our third time to stay at this house because it has the perfect set up and location for our family reunion trips. Kathy has been a great host!

We enjoyed the house and the main level was very nice to access for handicapped.I wish I had read the listing better. It is my fault. I do not like taking my own sheets and towels.

This house was great for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the architecture of the great room andvsun porch. The house is on a quiet, peaceful street.

Pet friendly place in a great, quiet neighborhood, walkable (with hills) to the lake. The cottage was very nice with comfortable furnishing. The Spectrum TV streaming app provided was very limited so be sure to take your Netflix and Prime video credentials so you can access your accounts.

Nice stay

The house is well appointed (with everything you need for a home away from home) and close to the lake. The beds are super comfortable, and the owner was great to work with. If you are planning a trip to the area, this is a comfy and nice place to stay.

Great place to stay

This is a wonderful property with lots of room. The house was extremely clean and equipped with all the convivences to make your stay comfortable. Don't overlook this place if you're looking for a place around Lake Junaluska.

Our family had a wonderful week at Lake Junaluska staying at this property. Kathy was easy to communicate through the rental process. We would be more than willing to stay in this location again.

Great stay

This is a great location and stay if you're traveling to Lake Junaluska or surrounding area. The owner is a text or email away with any needs or questions, making sure her guests are taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this clean and spacious property.

Great spot at Lake Junaluska

Very comfy and roomy spot to enjoy Lake Junaluska, Waynesville, with easy access to Great Smokey Mountains NP. Plenty of room for our group of 8. House well equipped and host very responsive.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay so much - the weather was a great break from the heat and humidity in Florida. The house is comfortable and convenient to all Lake J has to offer; downtown Waynesville is less than 15 minutes away.

Beautiful place

The house was perfect for our group. We had a 90 yo couple with us and the access to the house & two master suites on the ground level was great. The feel of the house was warm & welcoming- there were even some hydrangeas in a vase from the bush on the kitchen counter (my favorite flowers) Would definitely recommend this house & look forward to another visit
