Ease of check-in was unbelievable and Kathleen was great in her level of communication. We really felt at home. Our 8 lb. Chihuahua "Chance loved it also. The open lawn out front was great for a cocktail in the evening with a wonderful view of the lake., Relaxing, plenty of good walks,

Terrific location, beautiful lake front view with a paved walking trail around the lake. Excellent access to the Lake Junaluska amenities. The Retreat was exceptionally clean and comfortable; kitchen was clean and well supplied with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Large front yard for playing yard games. Only improvement recommended is the Master Shower which could use a grab bar, and more towel bars for bath, hand towels and wash cloths to dry. Owner was very assessable for any questions.

Wonderful getaway!

Was great to be close to so many amenities and to have a view each morning as we started the day. Hosts were incredibly helpful, even sending real-time updates on construction and a road closure at the end of the lake. It was wonderful!
