327 Hickman Street is a pet-friendly home ready to welcome you! A perfect beach vacation rental, this single story rancher has all the comforts you need for a week at the beach. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood known as Country Club Estates, near the Silver Lake tot lot, playground. A mere 4 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, you can park your car in the driveway and never move it until you check-out! It does not get much more convenient than that. Pickleball and tennis nearby at Rehoboth Elementary school. With all the great features at this home, guests can expect great value for this location!

This is a pet friendly rental with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet; Dogs Only. This is a non-smoking rental.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $227.00.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays- starting mid June through August
2 Night Stays- starting Jan through April and October through December
3 Night Stays- May and September

Bedding- 1 Queen & 1 Double Futon, 1 Double, 1 Daybed & 2 Singles

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
