Comfortable and practical single-level home located right in town. Conveniently located - walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops and entertainment, everything is nearby. Five bedrooms and three baths, plus an outdoor shower. The home sleeps 10-12.

Large living room with new furnishings, large screened porch with plenty of seating and additional dining area. Large, bright open kitchen with two dining areas.

Oversize master suite with large bath with whirlpool tub.

Great property with plenty of space for our group (5 adults plus 2 kids). Distance to the beach was walkable, as were nearby restaurants.

Multigenerational family of 11. House had more than enough room for all of us. Great room layout. Enjoyed the screened porch in the evenings, after littles went to sleep. Close to main shopping street, restaurants, boardwalk, and beachPlus a wonderful playground a few minutes from the house for the children.Big plus, house was very clean! Great neighborhood.

This was such an amazing stay. Took a lot of coordinating to make it happen for my family, our first verbo booking canceled on us, and this was found as a replacement. I'm certain it's better than what we originally booked, and I think it was a lot nicer than the listing made it seem. It is a large sprawling house, and there was plenty of room for 10 people. It had everything we could have needed, was comfortable, and was a good distance to be able to walk to the beach and town. The only other thing I have to say is that we had some confusion with the TV, and communication about it with the host was a little confusing. But overall, we loved it, and feel so grateful to have had the time we had there. Thank you!!

The house and location are great. The short walk to the main business hub and proximity to restaurants and shops was a joy. Access to the beach is an easy 12 minute walk (as long as you don't stop for ice cream along the way). Of course, every rental has minor issues. This one was a non-working vacuum. While the home was clean upon arrival my OCD wanted to do a light vacuum and wipe down each morning. It's probably more of a me problem. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked comfortably set at 73. The grill was reasonably clean and I was only required to wiped it down without too much effort. Overall, a nice and cozy home that we found very enjoyable.

Nice beach house

Our multigenerational family enjoyed the spacious layout and single floor accessibility of the home. The proximity to the Main Street and beach were also great.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed having a beautiful home with plenty of room. The property was very clean on arrival, great front porch, and had a very stocked kitchen as far as dishes and silverware. It was nice to have a few supplies on hand like paper towels, kitchen supplies, etc. that were left from previous guests. I also appreciated that there were multiple pillows in the closet so you could choose whatever you preferred. Thankful that pillows and blankets were provided given the need to bring linens along. My only feedback would be that this property is actually further back from the beach then VRBO initially shows. Before I booked the property, the VRBO map showed it a block closer then it is in reality. I was surprised to see the actual address once I booked it. Given that we were walking to the beach with young children, it was a factor in our consideration when booking.

Great home for our annual family vacation!

The outside of the house is very deceiving!! Once inside, we realized how spacious, bright and clean it was. The entire family had adequate space for sleeping, eating and relaxing.

Fantastic house for 6 adults and 4 youngsters. Fully stocked with everything we needed, great walking location to beach, boards and Rehoboth Ave. House is well appointed and clean, adequate off street parking, large screened in front porch for dining and late night hang. Will rent again.

Convenient Location

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is conveniently located near downtown and the boardwalk, but is still a quiet area. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including a pie dish!).

Group Trip

The house was clean, nice, and spacious. It was centrally located so we could walk to the bar and restaurants on the main strip. The owner Michael was very nice and made the process really easy. I would definitely stay here again

April retreat

The rental is spectacular and just minutes from the beach and the boardwalk . It has spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen with a dining area. First class. Great stay!
