YOUR CAROLINA BEACH VACATION!!!

Welcome to our beach house! Our family fell in love with Carolina Beach during our first stay. The island offers the perfect balance of relaxation and leisure. It is a great place for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or long weekend away. We hope you enjoy our home and the island just as much as we do!

THE BEACH HOUSE:
One block away from the beach, our home offers 3 bedrooms (beds for 8), 3 full bath rooms and 1,800 sq ft of living space. The common area has an open floor plan ideal for social gatherings with a well-appointed kitchen, sectional sofa, and 60 inch TV. The front deck offers views of the intracoastal while the back deck has peek-a-boo views of the ocean.

• 2nd Bedroom with queen bed & full bathroom
• 3rd Bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed

• Enclosed Outdoor Shower
• Ring Doorbell installed for safety. There are no devices inside of the home.

THE BEACH:
We may be biased, but we believe it is one of the nicest beaches on the east coast with great sand. The beach is wide and not as crowded as most. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk (voted 3rd best boardwalk in the country by USA Today in 2016) is quick walk if you are looking for restaurants, bars, and amusement. However, if you would like a more relaxed low-key vibe, just walk one block to your own stretch of paradise.

• Visit the Fort Fisher Aquarium
• Sample beers and play Frisbee golf at the island's own microbrewery
• Charter a fishing boat

Great host and a Beautiful home!

Alan was a great host and the home is exactly how he describes it. The home is very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone and stocked with almost everything you need.

Great Location and Amazing Host

We had a great time even with Tropical Storm Debby in the area for the week. Great restaurant recommendations from Alan and overall we had an excellent time. It's a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and more available to use. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking meals was easy. Thanks for a great stay. Definitely enjoyed Carolina Beach!!

Fantastic stay!

The owner was great. Very helpful and sent us a list of fun things to do in the area. The house is perfectly located a block from the beach and half a mile from the boardwalk, so easy walking distance to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

Let’s go to the beach

This was a very nice place to stay. Great location with short walk to the beach. Owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for things in the area. Beach supplies available that just made it easier and a great time!

Perfect house and location

The house was exactly as described in the listing and had everything you could think of provided! The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach access. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

We had a fabulous time for our girls weekend! The house is in such a great location, just one short block to the ocean front and walkable distance to the boardwalk! Cleanliness of this place was top notch! Communication with the owner was easy and effortless. 10/10 reccomend!

Wonderful place for the entire family!

We loved staying here so much! Everything was clean, check-in/ out was super easy, and Alan was a great host checked in with us for any questions or recommendations. We loved the two porches, THE TOYS!!!, beach gear, location, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was great and we hope to come back again soon!

Perfect Beach House

We loved this place. It was clean, a 2 minute walk to the beach, perfect for young children, great kitchen and large family room for all to enjoy. Alan was especially attentive and welcoming. If you're looking for a very nice beach location and house, this is it.

Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Home was immaculate and had everything you could need. Alan was always available. Would definitely stay here again.

Well Stocked House Close to the Beach

We stayed here on a girls trip for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The place is clearly catered to families (the room with bunk beds comes stocked with dress-up close for children and a shelf full of children's books) but we found that it also worked great for a group of 35+ friends. We loved how well-stocked the house was, there were lots of spices and condiments for cooking, plenty of cookware, lots of towels for both the beach and showering, and tons of extra blankets. The place also feels larger in person than it looks in pictures and it was a block from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back next year.

Carolina Beach Family Vacation

We were very pleased to stay here for our family beach vacation trip. It was perfectly located close to the boardwalk and beach, which gave us plenty to do. The house had everything that we needed to enjoy the week stress free. Hopefully this will be a place we can use in the future for to create more memories for our family. Thank you!

Wonderful Beach Place

Well stocked, spacious kitchen is a bonus! Plenty of room for our family to spread out inside or on one of the porches. Comfortable table and chairs for fun game nights! Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, etc. Big open floor plan set the tone for sweet family memories’

Clean and convenient!

Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. My husband, myself and 4 kids were very comfortable here. It was clean and very convenient to the beach (5 min walk). King bed in master was really comfortable. The kids loved sleeping together in the bunk bed room. This was a great place to stay!

The best renting experience!

Going through Vrbo you never know what you will get. We didn’t have the best weather and Alan was so accommodating. Very attentive and cared about our stay and even offered alternative indoor activities as the weather was very rainy and windy. We will definitely be coming back to stay as long as they will have us as guests.

Great family place

This home was a great place for our family of 8 adults and our 16 month old grandson to stay. First of all my grandson loved all of the toys and books provided. There were so many, kept him very entertained. We also appreciated the beach items such as the canopy, wagon, chairs, and toys. The kitchen and living room were good size for all of us to sit and relax. The walk to the beach was short and easy, especially with the wagon. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. He made some good recommendations for restaurants and activities. We walked down to the boardwalk several times. It was a great stay and I highly recommend.

Wonderful.

A beach vacation with a toddler only to be interrupted by hurricane Ophilia. No worries. The house was loaded with toys and games and big enough to have a good time. Alan couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great Vacation Experience

This was absolutely a great vacation experience! The house was incredibly clean and cozy. It was very family friendly with a 2 minute walk to a seemingly private beach. There was a ton to do with the family, especially the little ones such as the aquarium and a civil war battlefield. There were also great nightlife options within walking distance of the condo. There was a great variety of dining options within the area with great food and even better service. The condo is a just outside of Wilmington which boast tons of shops and restaurants. The proximity made an evening adventure into the Downtown area easy and enjoyable.

Perfect location

This was our first stay at Carolina Beach. I grew up going to Emerald Isle and wasn’t sure what to expect. Carolina Beach definitely is not the same as EI, but it has more places to stay and is beautiful! The house was a great size for our family of five and had everything we needed, including linens, beach towels, and comfy beach chairs. I couldn’t tell from the photos, but it is a three story unit and this is the bottom floor. (We could hear footsteps but no voices.) The beach is just around the corner and wasn’t overly crowded. My college runner son put in tons of miles and said the running was good. (There is a bike lane, but no sidewalks.) Excellent stay and we would love to come again!

Almost Perfect

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only things that made it less than perfect for me and my husband, both up there in years, were the extremely low set commode and the foam mattress. Also with my bad back and hips, I could not sit on the sofa. It too was too soft and I had to have help getting up and out. So I kind of felt like Goldilocks (too hard, too soft, too tall, too short.....) But everyone else was very comfortable!!!! If it were not for my health issues, I'm sure it would have been fine. The owner/s were wonderful. Answered every question with a quickness. Very kind and accommodating. THANKS, Y'all!!

Excellent host. Beautiful home. Wonderful location. Would love to stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this home. Alan was an excellent host and was very prompt with responses to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. He provided recommendations on local restaurants and activities, which were all spot on. (Britt's Donuts is a must, and the Sea Witch is a short walk for a great sports bar with multiple televisions and a variety of sporting events to watch). The home itself is gorgeous, extremely clean, with a very open floor plan that is more than spacious enough and provides plenty of room for the kids to play. Nice hardwood floors throughout the common areas, clean bathrooms, and a very nice kitchen with top grade appliances. The balcony has a great view of the sunset on the west, with a really sweet surfboard table to have a cocktail on as you watch the sunset. You are a very short, 5-minute walk, to the beach, so you really can't get much closer, without actually being beachfront. There are also plenty of restaurants within a half-mile walk. The Sea Witch and Nollies Taco Joint are both very close, and definitely worth a visit. The boardwalk is also in that radius and provides lots of good people watching. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Carolina Beach!
