Truly Easy Breezy

My family has been vacationing in Carolina Beach since the 90’s and we look forward to our annual trip so we can relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. This year was a great visit (and the first time with my 3 year old!!). Easy Breezy was an excellent location for us, beach front, close to the boardwalk but quiet, quick drive to restaurants and stores. The pool was fun too! Nicely updated condo with plenty of kitchen stuff and a well stocked beach closet !

Great location right on the ocean, overlooking the pool, and about 10-15 minute walk to the Boardwalk. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed.

Nice

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and inviting and comfortable. The only issue we had was not a fault of the unit or the management company, but the upstairs neighbors were very loud and almost constantly running and jumping across the upstairs unit.

It was such a beautiful place to stay. The condo was clean and close to the beach. It wasn’t that far of a walk to the boardwalk. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic beachfront location, within walking distance of restaurants and attractions! The spacious layout, generously sized bedrooms, stocked kitchen, and covered porch with quality outdoor furniture were highlights.There are, however, things we wish we’d known before booking. The living room sofas were worn and offered little support; the ottoman leaned with a visibly sloped cushion, and the additional chair was more suited to a dorm room. With only one small lamp, we relied on overhead lighting. The mattresses, especially in the back bedrooms, felt thin and unsupportive. While comfort is subjective, our concerns also involved the furnishings’ visible wear.Kitchenware was plentiful, but dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils needed thorough washing to remove food residue and grease. The freezer ice maker didn’t work. Rain also soaked much of the covered porch, partly because water fell from the uncovered area above.Most concerning, both flights of exterior stairs to our second-floor unit were completely dark at night. Combined with rain-slick steps, this was a serious safety hazard. The owners responded and explained that lighting repairs were the HOA’s responsibility, but the issue remained unresolved during our stay. They also offered to send the cleaner back, which we appreciated.The location and layout are excellent, but guests should be aware of these comfort, cleanliness, and safety concerns before booking.

Carolina Beach fun

The condo was as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses and silverware. All beds were clean and comfortable. AC worked great. The TV in the front bedroom wouldn’t connect to the network, but after power cycling it worked fine. The pool was maintained daily and used a lot. Very roomy and comfortable place in a great location. Just be prepared for some noise in the place above you and at the pool. Lots of families here. The parking is a challenge and is cramped.

Excellent stay!

I really enjoyed renting through iTrip. I feel like they run a tight ship, and I really appreciate how communicative they are. The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, well furnished, functional, spacious, and in the perfect location. I will be renting from iTrip again the next time we're in town!

Repeat guests, happy customer

We continue to enjoy our stay at this condo. Have returned many times. Location cannot be beat. Clean, easy to access, no mold, not cluttered, beach toys for kids, stunning moonrise over the Atlantic, great ocean breezes, walkable to the boardwalk. Not fancy but everything you need. Less than 3hrs from the Triangle! Did I mention the location!?

Awesome view of the ocean from the patio. It was just a short walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Communication was great. We had everything we needed.

The property was as advertised and appears to have been recently renovated. Within walking distance of several local, very good restaurants.

Condo is nicely situated with easy beach access, shaded parking under the building. Equipped with everything needed for short stay. Clean. Management company is super responsive.

Nice condo with wonderful ocean view, comfortable beds, basic supplies for kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Easy walk to the beach. Pool is right below the porch. Met some nice people when using the pool.

A great beach getaway

We loved our stay at this property. The accommodations were lovely and my favorite part was the beautiful patio table where we enjoyed coffee, meals, game night, etc. The property managers made it easy and we had a lovely time.
