This unit offers luxury accommodations with breath-taking views of the white sandy beach and crystal blue ocean of the Gulf. Professionally decorated in an upscale tropical theme, it has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Sea life views from the balcony are amazing! Sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a King bed and plasma TV with DVD. There is a bunk bed area and a Queen bed sleeper sofa in the main living area where there is a 2nd plasma TV with DVD.

This units roomy open floor plan boasts a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in bar area that seats 4 and a separate dining table. Master Bath Newly Renovated Walk-in Shower; high speed internet; washer/dryer in unit and private balcony completes this deluxe vacation! Newly painted, redecorated & patio furniture 2024! You are 1.3 miles from Pier Park a 3 minute drive or take a nice relaxing beach walk on your way there. The resort boasts 2 swimming pools, one that is beach side and the other large pool is on the North side of the property, the pools is kid oriented. Grills located on site! To cool off and enjoy some shady fun, visit the new outdoor rec area! Ping pong, games and more! A large workout room is also available for you! Grab a Starbucks right there in the lobby!! The Sky Bar is located between the parking area & beach tower is an awesome place to hang out, watch the game or try some karaoke. You won't look far for sweet treats. Very nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay. The host was very helpful in every way. Place was clean had everything we needed & then some. Had a coffee pot and a Keurig Lots of dishes glass & non-breakable ones so we ate on the balcony. I'm not big on the sun burning so I spent a lot of time on that balcony that was shaded and faced the ocean. Had coffee & breakfast on balcony every morning. View was wonderful saw dolphins most days. The King bed we slept in was very comfortable there was only the 2 of us so didn't use the others. All the furniture was comfortable. We did eat out at night we love the local fresh seafood. The building had a very reasonable gift shop we were able to get grandkids gifts right in the building and a star bucks you could get lunch or ice cream on the 3rd floor. We only had the ice cream but they also had food. The garage is covered so that was nice. Had Karaoke at night near the snack/ ice cream bar. We only used one of the pools it was good size and very nice clean. Had lots of chairs for sunning and a few in shaded area. The property was well kept. If we go back we will definitely try to stay here. The host was very responsive did not have any problems just a few questions.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just left and I’m missing the beach! This condo was clean on arrival and is a great place to stay while in PCB. On the beach! Close to good restaurants! Close to Pier Park! The staff was helpful. We never had any problems with this unit. The bed was good, living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, (although we didn't cook much. LOL). It was nice to sit on the balcony in the early mornings and later at night with the table and chairs. We will definitely be reserving “See Ya At The Beach” again.

Great stay

Originally they gave me the wrong room number and I ended up walking in a couple having a dinner. Once we made it to our room, it was great!

Girls’ Trip

The condo was so roomy & convenient to fun PCB activities. We loved having a large balcony with a great ocean view. There are 2 pools on the property but one is not beachside.

Beautiful Condo

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented at PCB! Everything we needed was there and all was very high end down to the bath towels. It was nice being on the 4th floor too so we could take the steps if we wanted to.

Great room and location

Overall, the stay was great!!! Room was very nice, spacious and had a great view of the beach/ocean. Only minor issue we encountered was the elevators were very slow, most instances it was quicker to take the stairs and it was confusing at first how to get luggage to your room based off elevator layout. Again, this very minor and did not effect our trip.

PCB vacations are the best.

Always enjoy Panama City Beach!!! Emerald Beach Resort is very nice and our unit was lovely. Great view!!! Looking forward to coming back some day.

Loved the view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing! Lisa with See Ya At The Beach was great to work with. Property was as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were there for a softball tournamnet so we didnt have time to use all the amenities but nothing seemed over crowded. The stairs were close and convenient when we were in a hurry since we were only on the 4th floor and walk bridge to parking was on 3rd floor. Elevators were not bad either, just tried to avoid at check in and out times. There is plenty of things to do or eat in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to PBC!

spring break

The property was in a great location and all the amenities were great. The property has games/events for kids during the day which lids loved. The view and beach were wonderful. The facility is close to so much that we barely had to drive anywhere with so much in walking distance. property was clean and the prefect size for our small family of 4.

Best Condo We've Ever Stayed At

My family love beach vacations, and we are used to staying in sort of run-down condos that are serviceable but nothing to write home about. This one was really lovely: clean, convenient, well-supplied kitchen, great decor, amazing view. It felt like home- I wish we could have stayed longer!
