The king bed is exactly where you'll want to rest up after working hard on your tan. There's also a sofa bed, so up to six guests can comfortably stay here. And those ocean views are divine!

Property was great! The room was alittle disappointing. Needs alittle updating but no bugs and it seemed to be clean.

Clean room, beach view obstruction by trees. Unit needs updated, floors are great. Only swept once. Property very secure, don’t forget your bracelet, they ask constantly. Older complex they are updating, pools nice. We did not use beach service, we saw no issues. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Bikini Bobs was very convenient for a snack or lunch. On the unit, no washer or dryer in unit, be prepared they only left us with 5 towels for the week. It was beautiful weather this week, love bugs started moving in. If you are looking for affordable accommodation that is not up to date and nice amenities this is the place for you. Keep in mind you don’t stay in the room but to sleep, which bed was comfortable and clean.

Great getaway

Overall great stay! Would stay here again. A little higher than I would like to pay but Summit has everything you need. Tiki Bar and Bikini Bobs. Love them!

The condo was perfect. The pictures were accurate. There were three of us so it provided great space. We didn’t plan to spend much time inside because we wanted to take full advantage of the beach. We were there during spring break, however the room was ready earlier than expected. I loved the decor. It was simple yet perfect for the beach. There was construction, however it did not interfere with our experience. The view was great. The proximity to attractions other than the beach was great. The host was very responsive and provided accurate information.There was a welcome book with recommendations for local places to eat which was helpful. This was our first trip to Panama City Beach. We had zero problems/issues. I would stay there again.
