This quiet beach destination is unique for it only has 58 units total on 6 floors. Our family has enjoyed this property for many years. We found that it is really different than the other condo's that are more than 20 stories and have hundreds of units and thousands of people. Our pool and beach is never crowded with all the craziness that you might have at the mega condo's. Minimum age to rent is 26. No pets are allowed.

This family oasis is truly oriented so you can have a quiet peaceful stay without running into people that make you have to keep your eye on everything. Reserve your stay and you'll reserve your return I'm sure. We have paid attention to all the details so you don't have to. We appreciate your interest and hope to reserve your vacation soon. A little bit of a let down.

We stayed at this location many times in the past, not this exact unit. We thought we’d give the unit a try because the pictures of the updates made it look appealing. Upon arrival the unit seemed clean with the floors not being sandy, which is always the first thing noticed. My biggest complaint is that the mattresses were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep on them as they were. I located every blanket and second comforter in the unit and put those on top of the mattress, just to make it somewhat bearable, but we would wake up with our bodies hurting from just how hard the mattress was. In addition to that, the host wasn’t helpful when made aware that the wifi password we were given wasn’t working. She reiterated what the paper on the refrigerator said, which wasn’t working. When told again that it wasn’t working, she said they could’ve told me at check in at the office. We arrived after office hours, so we had no way of connecting to the wifi which made us unable to even use our phones to make calls inside the unit or use the internet. My husband went and asked around the next day to gather information about how to connect to the wifi. The host never checked back with us about the wifi or made sure we had the information we needed. The place could use some deep cleaning and I do have pictures of problem areas. So in summary, even though I like the location of the property, I won’t be back because of our experience and mainly because of the horrible mattresses.

Great place will stay again

We have stayed at this complex many times. We love the location as it's not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The private beach access is amazing. It's a family oriented property which is fantastic. This particular unit was just what we were looking for. With 2 pull out couches and two Queen beds in the master our family of five was beyond comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials,and the TV options were abundant wall of us. This condo could use a little attention from whoever cleans for them. Attention to detail when cleaning a rental is a must in my mind. I did let the contact for this place know about those issues and she was very quick to respond and very accommodating. I am 100 percent willing to overlook these little things because of her communication level and response time as well as the price for what you get this location cannot be best and has quickly became one of our families favorite places to stay! We will return and I have no doubt we will be just as pleased the next time!

Great space beautiful view

Well we haven’t been on vacation to Florida since 2015 and I have to say this was the easiest check in and was very happy with the space we had. There was a few kids there but everyone was really nice! I like that it’s not a humongous building so that means less people which was a plus for me! The host was super helpful and her response time to any questions was answered almost immediately. We will be back again soon!

Filthy and fraudulent

The linens have not been changed crumbs, hair, make up and toenails in the bed along with blood stains on the sheets. Sofa beds advertised as new memory foam mattresses. That was an absolute fabrication. No memory foam, massive mattresses, and one of the sofa beds was damp and smelled of urine. Table tops had not been wiped down and carpet had not been vacuumed. Spent our entire first day cleaning, doing laundry and making beds. Manager did refund our cleaning deposit when we reached out on the first day, but when the mattress issues were discovered by messaged her and received no response

Perfect for our family of 6

The view is always beautiful. The 2 queens beds in the bedroom and the 2 pull out couches in the living room were more then enough room for us!! Our little children loved playing with the sand toys that were provided. We loved staying here.

This condo was amazing! Perfect for families or just anyone wanting to get away. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Location was wonderful and convenient to great restaurants. My only complaint is we had to leave! Definitely coming back!!

Three months of a beautiful view

If you want to stay away from the huge high rises and all the noise, this place is for you. Steps away from the amazing sand and water. Property management couldn’t be better at making your stay great.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. It was 2 adults, 1 teen, 2 school aged children. We all loved the condo and had plenty of room. We grilled one night and the condo had all of the utensils/accessories that we needed. The only MINOR hiccup we had was checking in. The front desk needed the room number to check us in, not just our name. It was no big deal once I looked through paperwork and found the room number. Just make note of the room number and it will all be fine. There are also different key pad codes to the laundry, condo, downstairs bathroom, and beach entry. Again, no big deal just make note of them. This condo is directly on the beach and has a pool. It has 2 bathrooms which was great. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here in the future.

Great Hosts, Great Deal, & Great Location

Our family of 5 had a great time. I loved that there were not huge crowds of people at this complex. It was a quick elevator ride and short walk to the beach and pool with kids. Tami was very quick to answer any questions I had! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a beach trip with a quiet location, but still right on the beach, and only a short drive from everything you can do in Panama City.

Peaceful Paradise

Spent a long weekend in MW 308. Since we had rented several years ago, we knew what we were getting. Great condo with beautiful view and all the comforts of home. The beach was so peaceful and quiet, with no large crowds. Didn’t have to wait forever for elevator and Ms. Tami was a great host. Hope to stay again soon.

Family getaway with grandchildren

Hands down the best condo we have ever rented. (We take 15 vacations a year) so that’s saying a lot! It is ocean front, large and roomy and has everything you need. It’s close enough to all the attractions but far enough to have peace and quiet and truly enjoy your vacation. The pool and beach are never crowded and we stayed 8 days. The host is absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond. The property is a hidden gem. Very clean and kept up and no loud music or people getting crazy and having parties. I will be back for years to come. I feel blessed to have stayed here. 10 stars on everything!!!!

Amazing and Clean. Gorgeous view

We had a wonderful vacation- we would've loved to have stayed another week. It's in the quiet part of town and we loved the smaller condo building. The beach was never crowded. The outside of the building ( and inside) was kept very clean- they were cleaning the pool every morning. The grills. The lobby. I was very impressed. No garbage left anywhere. Our room- just perfect. I am a VERY picky person when I stay somewhere. I don't care about decor- but cleanliness! I go straight to the beds & bathroom and check for gross stuff. I was so pleased- all we had to do was unpack and go enjoy the beach! No cleaning or making calls/texts to fix something. My family laughs at me- but I can't help it. I was especially nervous after a gross hotel stay the night before we got here- so I was so relieved to walk into a clean place. It felt like home. The balcony- I spent so many hours out there in the early morning and every night. Close to the ocean. Gorgeous view. You're right on the beach which is great when your hauling chairs & umbrellas and all the things. We cannot wait to return and would definitely consider renting this same unit again. Thanks again for the wonderful memories- we haven't stopped talking about how great it was & how much we miss the beach.

This unit has it all. Completely updated gorgeous kitchen with all of the necessities of home. We are right on the beach. You can sit and listen to the ocean in the comfort of our condo or take a stroll down to the pool located right on the beach. We have several chairs you may use in the owners closet should you choose to go down to the beach. There is also a very nice man who rents chairs at the beach.
