Nice and clean condo everything was great. The kitchen could use a few more pans to cook on .But overall I would definitely rent this unit again

Cozy condo after long day at the beach

Frequent traveler to SPI for beach relaxation and location was perfect just across the street from the beach. Condo met my needs very cozy for a family of 4.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They didn't lie when they said it was across the street from the beach. We could watch the fireworks from the condo. We walked down to the Wanna Wanna for music and Kelly's for dinner. Definately coming back

Excellent Place to Stay!

Getting key was no problem, pay attention to exact name of your building. Very Clean and comfortable. A little walk away from beach, overall wonderful place to stay. We will be going back :)

Wonderful getaway to the beach!

Met our best friend from out of state and had a lovely 4 days. Condo is directly across from the beach and easy access to everything. Was stocked with everything we need. A little older of a unit but exactly what we needed.

Fantastic condo, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was nice and clean when we arrived. I would recommend bringing any spices you might want if you’re going to cook, and I include salt and pepper in that as there wasn’t any. Communication with the manager of the property was super easy, especially before our trip. I 10/10 recommend this place!

Nice place and location. Just wish it was cooler. We thought we could get away from the heat in SA, but it was just as hot and HUMID. Nothing bad about the accommodations though. Nice place. Thanks

Beach condo

The place is dated but in good shape, typical of condos in this price range. My biggest complaint is the pillows are small and flat. There is no reason not to have decent pillows Otherwise, was as expected and very conveniently located directly across the street from the beach.

Winter Texas stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay for 3 months. We had excellent service from Melissa when our tv would not work. The furniture on the balcony needs to be removed as it is very rusty and very cluttered so that it makes the balcony hard to enjoy.

Perfect location—short walk to the beach, huge balcony for pretending you own the place. The main bathroom? Two doors, zero locks. It’s like a trust exercise every time you shower. Bedrooms? Also lock-free. Privacy clearly isn’t part of the décor. Still had a great time though, and I’d come back… preferably with my own locks and maybe a “Do Not Enter” sign.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. I think sleeping 6 could be challenging. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked pretty well. It had 2 loveseats in the living room area and a table and chairs in the dining area. The condo definitely could use some updating as the paint and the decor looks like it’s been there at least 15 years or more. The newest telephone book was from 2018. The beds were comfortable and for the price I would stay again. There is a slight view of the Gulf from the front bedroom. All in all it was a good stay for the 4 of us.

Outdated beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property’s location is very convenient for beach access. The unit itself is outdated in the kitchen. Can totally live with that since cooking wasn’t an important factor in our stay. Our biggest disappointments were the quality of the mattresses, the age and uncleanliness of the living room sofa, the need to bring your own soaps and shampoos, and the dirty floors (our feet were nearly black from dirt).

Thank you for taking the time to review. The kitchen is an updated kitchen with granite countertops. The owner is gradually updating the rest of the unit. Keep your eyes open, We do leave pump soaps at every sink and a small bar of soap in each bath. We recently changed mops, but have gone back to what we were using before to prevent the black feet. Tile floors do that if they are cleaned too often.

This condo was small but worked for this family of 4. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Communication with the management was exceptional. We loved that they sent a very personalized list of favorite island restaurants and activities. It was super helpful. The pool was clean and the courtyard was nice. The complex seemed fairly quiet and the location was close to the beach, very walkable. If there was one recommendation I’d make for the owners, it would be to get blackout curtains for the master bedroom. The apartments across the street are so well lit at night, it can be seen from outer space. It is so bright in that bedroom at night, even with the blinds closed and curtains pulled. We hung a small blanket up and crashed hard after a day of offshore fishing.

For a last minute trip, this was the best place to stay! We had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Beach access was perfect and being able to have a pool day was top notch. We will definitely be booking again!
