Very clean and very relaxing feel when you walk in. Only 5 min. Walk to beach and the pool was great as well. This was a perfect rental for a beach get away with the kids.

Great experience! We loved the location which was close to the beach. We enjoying being able to see the beach from the patio balcony. Really nice condo and very spacious.

The condo was great and felt like home. Did not have an elevator so had to lug the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. But it was good cardo!!!

Excellent price and location

Had a wonderful week at this condo. The price was very competitive and the condo is a three minute walk to the beach. Nice spacious balcony with a partial ocean view. Would definitely recommend!

The host was very welcoming! Cleanliness was okay, found some and stepped on some broken glass and dog hair on the tile. The space was great! Perfect for our family of five. Beautiful but small view of the Gulf of America. Will most likely stay again.

This was one of the best condos I have stayed in in South Padre. I went with 2 other friends and it was so fun! It’s at a perfect location right by the beach with beach access. So many restaurants and stores around and the owner was extremely helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend!!

Next to the beach

My family and I had an awesome time. Description of condo is accurate. You can literally walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was clean. Perfect for a single family stay.

Excellent location

We truly enjoyed staying with this property. It's located on the 3rd floor and has a great view from the porch. The beach is 2 minutes walk away, which is really convenient. Communication was prompt and the owner answered any questions we could possibly have. Everyone had a great time. Thanks!

Overall its a nice place. It was a little frustrating that there some maintenance items stored inside the rental unit (closets & laundry room) so it limits where you can store your belongings. Plus, it makes it feel cluttered because of the items. There is no specific place to hang your beach items so you are left hanging your stuff over kitchen chairs inside. It did have a good kitchen set up, so that was great. Pretty roomy and decent living room set up. It has laundry in the unit, which is nice. But the dryer is not your normal dryer. It uses heat pump technology (google ventless dryer or heat pump clothes dryer) so it takes way longer to dry clothes. The host did take a couple hours to get back to us about the toilet seat that was broken upon our arrival. But it was resolved the next day. I would stay here again.
