Seaside Story Part 2 is a beautiful beach home directly across the street from the beach access with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico! This home is one of the best homes in the South Padre Island rental market due to location, size, and amenties. The home has it's own private heated pool which is perfect after long days at the beach just steps away. Seaside Story Part 2 is an extremely comfortable home which allows you to relax and have the comforts of a home. Wi-Fi, Cable, Gas Grill, and stocked kitchen are just a few of the offerings.

Just steps from the ocean and with numerous restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance of the home, Seaside Story 2 is an ideal location for a wonderful vacation.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was very convenient, especially being so close to the beach. We also had so much fun enjoying the pool! Our host was very kind and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!

The house was super great, private pool walk to beach. Everything was very clean. Everyone rated the stay a 10. We had a great time, there was plenty of room for all of us, and the property was well stocked on everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt like we had a really good view - from the living room balcony you can see across the street to the beach and watch the waves (it was close enough to be able to read on that balcony and hear the ocean!). We ended up not using the pool as much as we thought we would, but it was great, and was cleaned while we were there.

This property was clean and slept a big group very comfortably. It is not waterfront. You have to walk across a busy road to get to the beach. It also needs quite a bit of upkeep. There were a lot of little things that needed repair. Nevertheless, the beach and pool were very nice and we had a fun week!

Great Place

This was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space for our big group of cousins with our families getting together. Beach access right across the street was very convenient. The outside showers for rinsing off sandy feet/bodies was a nice feature as well.Host was always available for questions we had before and during our trip!
