The house was very clean. There was 7 of us and we were all very comfortable. I had to call maintenance 1 time, couldn’t get some of the showers to work, maintenance was there in about 10 minutes, showed us how to turn the showers on and connect to the WiFi.

Loved the large seating area and kitchen . We enjoyed the pool area and grill to do cookouts.

Nice clean place and quick service

Nice place. Plenty of room. Would stay there again. Lots of steps for older people. Very clean and SPI rentals very quick to address anything you needed

Great stay

Great property for a large group. Easy check in and out process. Definitely would stay again if the opportunity arises.

The home is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. There were some water temperature concerns with some of the bathrooms. We encountered a temperature issue with the refrigerator and the property management was very prompt in assisting with the issue. We were not able to use the pot holders provided since they burned while using them. The home is characterized as close to the beach but it needs to be clear it about a 10 minute walk across a busy cross street since the property is located on the bayside. Overall, we enjoyed the property and our family was able to create the memories we wanted to create after losing one of our children.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room for everyone in the family and the pictures were 100% accurate. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful house, amazing view, walking distance from everything

The house was beautiful. Perfect for family vacation. The view from the balcony is amazing. Ot wqs walking distance from everything. Our coffee maker didn't work and they brought a new one within 30 minutes. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great house!

We had two families to accommodate and this was the perfect house! Enough beds for everyone, the four full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to clean up after a day at the beach, the pool was wonderful! We will definitely rent this house again! Thank you!

Stunning home

This home is by far the loveliest we have ever stayed in on the island. Large enough for all 10 of us, it was so comfortable and roomy! You can tell extra care was taken in it! SUPER clean, perfect back yard, great location! The Crab Shack is definitely one we'll request again!

Great Home & Location

This was myself and my family first time visiting South Padre and we enjoyed every bit of it, we can't wait to return, We came for my son's birthday trip and everything was great. First off making the reservation, communicating with the staff with getting advice about the area, grocery stores,excursions to anything was A+ everyone was so nice and polite. Once we arrived at the home we loved the layout, it was perfect size for the 10 of us. We can't wait to return working with SPI rentals was the best. I give them 5 stars hands down with home, area and all around kindness.

Great staff at SPI Rentals

My original location was not ready for occupation but SPI reached out to me in advance to find me a secondary location to stay at. Refunded me the difference. Secondary location was actually pretty nice. Fast, responsive staff at SPI.

Great Week

We did so much and always ended up back at the house together, discusing our day and planning the next. It was my wife and I, our 2 kids, her parents, sister and my folks. 9 all together. It worked great for us.

The House overall was great. The master bathroom needs a higher mattress and the water in the first floor restroom stayed cold. Couldn't take a hot shower.

The house is amazing. The only thing was the fans. Apparently the 1st floor and 3rd floor are on the same frequency . It will freak you out at 3am and the light and fan have a mind of their own.

We loved the space in the house but would have liked to have access to the swimming pool and outdoor shower through the access doors on each side of the house instead of going through the house and down the stairs through a bedroom to access it. It would have been nice to have access to a garage. The master bedroom in top floor and master bedroom in bottom floor were going back & forth as to who had control of the lights in their respective room and we had the same problem with the bedroom off of the living room and the bunk bedroom. It was amazing to be able to see the boats on the bay and the fireworks from the 2nd & 3rd floor wraparound porches. The grandkids loved running around these to see on each side of the house. The rooms were spacious and the house was well stocked with appliances. We would definitely do this again. We had an amazing time in this house.
