The Grigsby House is a two-story, two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom charming townhouse located in the heart of downtown Bardstown. This property is within walking distance from historic Bardstown's main street, St. Joseph Basilica, The Oscar Getz Museum of Whiskey History and overlooks the Kentucky Bourbon Festival and Bardstown Arts and Crafts Fair.

There is one bedroom upstairs offering a King size bed with a full bath and dressing area and a flat screen TV. The downstairs bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a full bath and flat screen TV. We have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and wine cooler. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, lotions, toothpaste, and soap. There is a washer and dryer on site. The living room offers a flat screen TV with DVR.

The Grigsby House has a one car garage with three private parking spaces. The courtyard is nestled in the front of the property and overlooks the Kentucky Bourbon festival.

We are just steps away from numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques. A perfect get away for a weekend or extended stay in America's Most Beautiful Small Town.

Perfect Place to Stay While Touring Distilleries & Bernheim Forest

This house was perfect for two couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the rooms are far apart so no one woke anyone else up. We played cards and watched a movie in the common areas and we were very comfortable. Cooked one meal while there and everything worked just fine. Good location for walking into downtown to pick up a pizza too! Very nicely appointed home.

Wonderful location

The property was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The home is in downtown and it is an easy walk to restaurants, pubs, and extractions. Many distilleries are close by if you are interested in Bourbon tours!

Bourbon festival getaway

This property is very clean and filled with all the amenities one would need. Location was great for the bourbon festival across the street, and visiting other distilleries.

Great everything

The property was as described and better. The location was perfect for your stay in Bardstown. You can walk to many shops, restaurants and historical places. Dana was helpful with any questions we had. We plan to stay here on our next visit There is so much to see and do.

Bourbon Trail Getaway

Grigsby House was the perfect location to enjoy the Bourbon Trail. The home was well equipped, very clean, with plenty of amenities and room for 2 couples. Host was great and quick to respond with any questions. We had a Fantastic time and would definitely stay again!

Great Place

Bourbon trail trip

The Grigsby house is a cute 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. It's located in the heart of Bairdstown and just a short walk to the downtown area. We had enough space for four people. We even had use of the garage and the driveway is long enough to park two trucks. It's a safe area! There is also a washer and dryer which was a plus. Our only con was to upgrade the TV to a smart TV in the living room. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Warm and Inviting Home Away from Home

Perfect property within walking distance of restaurants, shops and taverns! The interior and outdoor space was lovely and the off street parking off the lane was so convenient! The property exceeded our expectations in every way! Easy access to many distilleries and wineries. I highly recommend this exceptional townhome.

Bourbon Trail

The cottage was easy to find and conveniently located. We enjoyed the courtyard in the front yard. Danna let us know about an ant problem and we made adjustments. Would stay here again.

Perfect For Us

On of my adult sons and I stayed at the Grigsby House for six nights while doing some bourbon trail touring and visiting relatives. It was perfect for us. There were two bedrooms both with in suite full bathrooms. Better yet one was upstairs and the other was down so when we'd had enough togetherness, we each had a private space to chill in. It's just over two blocks from the main bar, restaurant and shopping street. It was clean and nicely decorated and even had a garage which was nice on the one day it rained while we were there. Next stay in Bardstown I'll definitely try to book the place again.

Bardstown Bourbon Tour & Concert

The home was lovely and quaint! Very comfortable overall. Loved the location which is in walking distance to downtown and restaurants. We would stay here again if we return to Bardstown!
