Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Very Nice Stay

The house was very close to everything, just a short drive down the hill. One downfall is no closets for your clothes or luggage. But that was not a big deal.

Splash Mountain Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay at the cabin was great. Had an issue with the pool being way below temperature. Maintenance corrected the issue but it took Friday to Monday for it to get to temp so we only had one day to use the pool and the management didn’t diffidently make up for the maintenance issue. Other than the pool issue the cabin was great and in a lovely location close enough to town. Just wish the pool would have been usable our whole stay since that was the whole reason we rented the cabin.

Replacement Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was a replacement from the one originally order due to no water. I'm not sure if the replacement (Splash Mountain Lodge) hadn't been used for a while or what, but I do know this place was filthy. I had to hand wash all the plates and utensils because whoever cleaned them last was not paying attention when they put the dishes from the dishwasher to the cabinet, but the dishes were covered in dry crusty food. The "theater room" was a TV in the pool room that wouldn't connect to wifi,therefore, it was usable. The pool water was very cool or it to be considered "heated." Our feet were so black from walking around barefoot the first night. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The 2 showers located on the 3rd floor were cracked and very unsturdy (almost like the subfloor had long-term water damage). Our sheets in the bedroom upstairs also had dark stains on it, causing us to not be able to use that bed. This was the only option we had when offered a replacement.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin had a lot of amenities but we were honestly disappointed. The roads leading to the cabin were scary to maneuver. The view at the top wasn't as good as we expected. The cabins were extremely close together so you mainly saw other cabins. The HDMI cable was missing in the living room and too corroded to use in the pool room. Also, keystone on the projector wasn't great, top corners were off the screen. Couldn't fix it with the options on the remote. The sound bar was not great either, we mostly watched on mute. We could not get the pool room to relock. The air hockey table was in bad condition and didn't work well even after replacement parts were provided. For the amount we paid for the cabin, everything should have been functioning well.

Splash Mountain stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Splash Mountain Lodge. This is a beautiful cabin. Plenty of room for our group. We have stayed in another Elk springs cabin in the past and I don't remember the pool pump running constantly or being so loud, throughout the whole house. We were disappointed in the lack of amenities. There is a coffee maker, but no filters, so we couldn't use it. I'm not sure who travels with coffee filters? Very basic items in the kitchen. If you are planning to cook, be prepared with most everything you will need. There was about 25% of a paper towel roll, so we had to purchase that as well as toilet paper. It seems that these things should be included for the price of this cabin. There were a few areas that it was clear whoever cleaned did not take extra care. For instance, when we arrived, there was a used band-aid in the kitchen sink. This is pretty gross and was just blown off by the rental company saying "Ok we'll let the cleaning staff know".

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, as it is fairly new.The biggest problem was the crunchy bed noise. I don't know how else to describe it. Every time you entered the beds or moved there was a very loud plasticy noise. No sneaking into bed here. The air conditioning was having trouble keeping up with the heat. We had to close vents on the main level to try and cool the upper level. The upstairs bedroom had no blinds on the window peaks, so the sun came in very early and let a tremendous amount of heat into the upper floor in the afternoon. So if you're not a morning person; don't sleep in this bedroom.The bathrooms did not include a bathtub, so it was had to bath the one year old with us.The showers have no grab bars and the small over the shower head shelving unit could not hold more than two bars of soap. There are inadequate hooks in the bathrooms, so you might want to bring your own over the door hooks. The Jack and Jill bathroom had only two hooks for potentially six guests.The street signs are very subtle and hard to find at night. So make sure you have a great sense of direction or a GPS. They could use some more street lighting by the signs or lighted signs. Bring a dish drainer with you if possible, as there was nothing to put clean dishes in to air dry. Paper plates and plastic silverware were are utensils of choice. The kitchen table was a nice size.Overall we had a good experience and would recommend the property. The kids had blast in the pool and didn't want get out. The four year old was able to easily stand in the shallow end. There were pool towels on the property.The management company was very friendly and responsive to any communication we had. The location was near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Forest. Lots of things to do, but not enough time to do it.

Great family cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin has a great view from all the floors. The amenities were plentiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There was plenty of parking. We would stay here again. A Beware: -There are NO closets at all. There is no where to hang any clothes. We had to hang our clothes on the tv wall mounts. Please install some rods, coat racks, or hangers somewhere for your guest to hang clothes. - The interior walls are very thin. You can hear any and everything going on in the room next to you and they can hear you. We did have a major maintenance issue and it was resolved immediately. The property management team is amazing and responds very quickly. I give this cabin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Had some issues with the pool during our stay but they were very quick to send maintenance and even refund a portion of our stay due to the pool issues. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend it to anyone, the only complaint is the toilet handle was broken in one bathroom but was fixed by maintenance immediately and the pool safety rail was broken and unusable but did not get fixed the whole time I was there and it was reported the first day of a five night stay. Despite that I would say rent the cabin it’s clean and has a nice view and the indoor pool was fun it was cold some times and warm other times though.

Worst Experience Ever!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I only have 2000 characters and can't attach anything, so this is condensed, but I do have the evidence to back it all up. This was a replacement cabin, a full 24 hrs into a significant roof leak in the original cabin. We had to request a move – it was not offered initially. Customer service was unresponsive, unprofessional, & ultimately just rude. They offered no discount or refund for the issue and actually made us pay the difference in price. The AC in the pool room was off & the remote was locked in a box on the wall. There was glue coming out the seams on the floor around the pool as well. There was trash from previous guests on all 3 rear decks & along the ground surrounding the cabin. The view of others’ decks & rooftops was more prevalent than that of the mountains. I guess that's why it is not pictured on the site. It was smack in the middle of a resort within arms distance of cabins surrounding all side. Again a replacement cabin, so not what we had originally booked, or would've ever booked for that matter. Being 4th of July, it was the only one available that even mentioned a view & the pics made it look farther away from other cabins. We ended up leaving a day early & our 15th anniversary trip was essentially ruined. We have used Elk Springs in the past, but never again!!!

Happy but not so happy

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wasn’t too amused with the scenery and what was going on around the cabin as we pulled in. There was a lot of construction going on, and debris from the tear down right next door. Aside from that, once in the cabin, we were all smiles with the scenic views of the mountains from the deck and the amount of space we had to move around. All three decks were dusty and unclean, the kitchen appliances hadn’t been wiped down and had dried up food on handles, as well as hair left in the hanging towels. The pool area han not been cleaned and had some sort of sticky tree debris on the chairs, that scared the kids. And, after looking around for the barbecue grill, we came upon a small cookie sheet size grill with no cover on it. Will I visit again? Yes. Will I stay at this particular cabin again? Not unless some changes are seriously made!

An ok stay

Reviewer Comments: We were not too impressed with our cabin, it was a lot of little things that all started to add up to negatively impact our experience. The floors were extremely dirty, so dirty that it turned the bottoms of our feet brown, the room with the bunks had no dresser or any spot to place clothes, the air hockey table didn't work well, the towels were super thin, the can opener didn't work, and in general the furniture was quite worn. The views were great and we spent a lot of time on the back decks. The pool was great too once it cleared up which took a couple days. In conclusion our stay was fine, but with some extra care it could change this to a great stay.

Too Dusty

This was year 2 with the cabin being so dusty. When we called last for someone to come clean the cabin no one never came. This year it was pointless, my whole family has allergies. Sad to say this was our last year staying at elk springs resort. Also the furniture was outdated and worn down. Only thing that was a plus was the pool and tv size

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and everything was well maintained. There were only a couple of items for feedback...the cabin sleeps 10 but the seating in the living room is for 6, so there were a couple people that had to sit on the kitchen chairs if we wanted to watch a movie or something. Also, with it sleeping 10, I would say there needs to be some bigger pots and pans to cook meals. We often had to use 2-3 pans to be able to make dinner for everyone. This includes the small grill outside. We used the neighbors grill which was bigger. Other than those couple of things we really enjoyed our stay and will probably be booking again next year.

Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the communication with the property management company was great, the property itself was disappointing. The pool which was supposed to be heated was very cold and the steps of the pool were slimy, two members of our family actually slipped and fell going down them. The doors and trim were also very dusty. We have stayed at other property in the area and it was much cleaner. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent.
