*Pigeon Forge is about 20 minutes away and Gatlinburg is about 40 minutes away. *Private indoor heated pool.
*3 Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk bed, Sofa Couch (upgraded mattress).
*Dedicated parking for 2 cars.
* Smart Roku TVs with guest mode enabled that will automatically log you out of your streaming services (located in each bedroom and living area ).
*Game area (arcades).
*Charcoal barbecue grill.
*Fully equipped kitchen.
*Dedicated workstation.
*Fast Wi-Fi perfect for those who telework or for streaming your favorite movies or shows.
*Full size washer and dryer.
*Refrigerator with water filter.

**No Smoking inside the Cabin: There will be a charge of $250 for any smoke inside the cabin including any damages.

*Guests will have access to the entire cabin (except owners closet located in the main bedroom).
*Check in time: 4pm
*Check out time: 10am

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
*Bedroom 2 and 3 located downstairs have direct access to deck.
*Charcoal not provided.
*Our cabin is located 13 miles from Pigeon
Forge and Dollywood.
*Grocery stores located about 10 min from the cabin.
*Maximum Occupancy that our cabin sleeps is 8 people. Should more people stay, we reserve the right to charge an additional $150 per person and/or terminate your stay.
*The cabin is located in the mountains and while pest control is in place, bugs, rodents and bears may still be present. It's important to always keep vehicles locked and not to feed the wildlife to prevent potential issues.
*Please place all trash in the bear cage located on the side of the house. If you have extra trash that does not fit in the bear cage please drop off at the following location free of charge: 943 Center View Rd. Sevierville, TN

Great cabin!

Great communication! All the extra touches like foil, and a spice rack made our stay even better. The bin of extra toiletries was needed and well used! Everything was spotless and beautiful.

Spring break

I stayed with my 3 children and it had something for everyone. My youngest could enjoy the pool while my older two could enjoy the hot tub. I really enjoyed the old school arcade games. The kitchen had adequate pots and pans and even some spices. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely return!

Stayed there for Christmas

Property was a little distance from Pigeon Forge and the stairs going from the first level to the second level is a little dangerous for kids we had to buy a baby gate. Swimming pool is tiny it’s only like 2 feet deep it kept the kids occupied Other than that cabin was clean and we slept good.

Beautiful getaway

This house is perfect for a family with kids! We enjoyed the arcade games, indoor pool and hot tub. It was also so close to everything, but far away enough to get away from the busy city. We had the best time and would recommend this to others hands down!

We had a great weekend at this cabin! It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the things we needed to. We loved the pool in the basement and my husband loved the video game machines in the living room. Everything was very clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive from the moment we made the reservation so that helped a lot. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice, quiet and cozy.

Couldn't have asked for a better place. The kids absolutely loved it, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, pac man on tap. The host was an email or message away at all times which was a load off in those just in case moments.

Property was gorgeous. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool while the adults enjoyed watching them. Will absolutely rent from again.

Spring Break Getaway

We took the kids for a short spring break getaway close to home. The cabin was awesome and the owners were amazing. Super fast responses to all questions. Would definitely recommend!

Wife's birthday stay

The House/ cabin is great. We would recommend it to everyone. The access to the house is steep, but we were warned about that and had no problems. Pool could have used more water, but the grand kids had a great time anyway.

Our stay was amazing . Everything around the house was well think of. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub ! The hot tub is so relaxing, surrounded by trees . Swimming pool had enough towels for my family. What can I say about the cleanliness, just amazing to stay in this home . We also enjoyed playing the arcade and family games. We were able to bbq during our stay . I will recommend this cabin !!

Family time!

My dad’s 45 birthday! There are a lot of siblings in my family and now that we are almost all grown we have babies of our own so we needed a place for both adults and young kids to have fun and this was it! Very nice place and has plenty of space for plenty of people! I had a great time !

Great Cabin

It was amazing. The roads take some getting used to though. The cabin itself was beautiful. Had plenty of room for our family of 8. We had no issues at all. Thank you for a great time.

Not disappointed at all.

Stay here was great. Location was quite and simple to get to. House was amazing, a getaway within my getaway. The only note worthy thing is bring a large baby gate for children. The one I brought was to small for the opening. This is definitely a place i will be coming to in the future.

Amazing!!!

The owners were so attentive to messages, as opposed to going through a rental company. Had so many little amenities added as an extra (toothpaste toilet paper ponytail holders etc). The lay out of the house absolutely made this the most perfect cabin! Easy to find and get to. In the last 5 years this was by far my best experience!!!

Great little hideaway

This place was great. Once you learn to navigate in and out it was easy. The view was great, the cabin was clean, the communication was easy and fast, getting in was simple, and we loved it. My only suggestion is bring your own pillows, they were not great and be aware that the pool is very small and shallow. We had strict rules for our kids…no jumping, diving, etc. But they had a blast with it and loved having it!!! Thank you for such a great experience!

Our Annual MLK weekend trip!

It was soooo nice ! Easy access , cabin is beautiful, well equipped, stocked with nice personal needs, towels etc , kitchen had it all. Board games ( they had fun playing ) + Beds+ Hot tub + Pool +++ the kids were not told about the pool and had a fit when they saw it . Adults enjoyed it also , hot tub enjoyed by all, Mrs .Frances was the best host , she responded to me in no time and took care of every need and question , THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful cabin , we will be back , THAT POOL ,👌😁

Wonderful Cabin

Probably the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in however the construction that was going on next door and began at 7am sharp daily was annoying. If we had known We would have stayed elsewhere. Not that it was the cabin owners fault. We seen more than dozen raccoons and two bears on different occasions so be sure to lock up your cars.

Beautiful and clean!

The cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! The scenery was beautiful and the amenities were great. The cabin was even bigger than the pictures made it seem like. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and arcade games and we enjoyed the hot tub. My only two suggestions were: (1) blackout curtains for the downstairs bedrooms - it was so bright in our room starting around 6:30am even with the blinds closed and (2) a topper or new bed for the downstairs queen bed. My husband and I both felt like it was very uncomfortable and we sank to the middle. Otherwise, we had no complaints. Would definitely come back!

Our deck was made specifically in mind to allow you to have some privacy and relax outdoors while enjoying nature. Our cabin is the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends after a day of exploring. You can’t beat relaxing in our indoor pool with family and friends.
