Large living room leads to patio with BBQ. Great for entertaining! Master suite has private bath, spacious walk-in closet, king size bed and TV. Super Fast Download Speed. High Speed Internet.

Guest Bedroom has Queen size bed, large walk in closet and flat screen T.V.

Full size Washer and dryer inside of unit. Ocean and pier view from Balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen. Fire place in living room. Ceiling fans in every room. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Ocean while you relax. Or enjoy the Beach from Community Pool or Jacuzzi.

Another GREAT vacation San Miguel, Oceanside!!!!

Thanks to Tim and the owners of Unit 213 we had a great three month experience on the beach in Oceanside!!! We have booked for another three months in 2019!!! Their warm hospitality and attention to detail is very much appreciated.

Excellent condo property

We have stayed at #213 400 N Pacific for the last 10 years. The owner has completed a number of updates over the last few years. This is a very nice 2 bedroom unit located a short distance from the beach. There are many restaurants and local attractions in the surrounding area. The current agent for the unit, Tim Piowaty of Socal Beach Vacations Is very helpful and accommodating.

Tim was great !!!!

We had an incredible experience thanks to Tim and the owner of the unit. Tim is very responsive to our needs and the unit was exactly what Tim represented. The owner has done a wonderful job of updating the unit and ensuring it is in impeccable condition. We are so impressed with Tim that we have booked three months with him for next year !!!!

The unit and Tim are great !!!!!

The unit is great and so is Tim !!! This is the perfect combination of a landlord that wants the guests to have an amazing experience and a property manager that wants to ensure the guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience !!! We have booked three months for next year because the experience has been so amazing !!!!

Oceanside condo steps from the beach

The condo was clean and had all the necessary items for a comfortable vacation (towels,sheets,kitchen good equipped etc.) It has a nice view of the Oceanside pier. Elevator is just around the cornor from the unit. Somethings to take into consideration is the noise from the trains---you can view trains speeding by from the balcony :)...and the garbage collection outside begins very early in the morning. That did not bother us we are early risers and went down daily to the beach for our morning walks. The manager is friendly and reponds quickly. Oceanside a good lcation for sightseeing and enjoying "beachlife" . We took the train from Oceanside several times down into San Diego---for over 55ers it is great deal and stress free way to travel. Of course we also enjoyed swiming in the community pool- -which perhaps should be cleaned more often.
