Oceanside is a quintessential California coastal town with wide sandy beaches, historic wooden
pier, very quaint New England style harbor and charming cottage neighborhoods.

The Space:
This cozy home is a perfect spot for those who enjoy the beach, one-of-a-kind California sunsets,
surfing, walking, biking, exploring the surrounding neighborhoods, which are packed with amazing
restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping, within walking distance.

Guest Access:
Guest will have the whole apartment to themselves. No shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Oceanside also offers a Surf Museum that traces the sport’ history with a surfboard collection and
famous surfers, in addition; you can visit the Oceanside Museum of Art to admire sculptures,
paintings, and drawings from the region. A must see if you are in the Area! Visitors can experience farm to table food choices, craft beer scenes, exciting art and culture programs; besides the variety of outdoor activities.

Getting Around:
Guest will enjoy the ability to walk to the beach/boardwalk! Park the car in your designated parking space and jump on a bike to enjoy what the city has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
No parties, events, etc! Great spot to get away for the weekend not a frat party!
