Beautiful Ocean View Condo - Steps from the Beach [Pay in installments]
Great condo on beach property with ocean view! VERY CLEAN! Inside renovated with hardwood floors, granite and stainless steel appliances. Condo is VERY kid and adult friendly. Walk directly onto beach and minutes to pier, harbor, movie theatres and restaurants. Wifi included and works throughout the complex and on the beach close to the complex.
Oceanside is conveniently located so close to San Diego and Orange county. We are a short drive to Legoland. A bit further (30-45 minutes) to Disneyland or San Diego Zoo.
The train station in walking distance for direct routes to downtown San Diego or Anaheim.
The Safari park is a wonderful change from a traditional zoo (also owned by S.D. Zoo - but located in North S.D. County (apx 30 minutes drive).
Whether you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some nice weather or you are active this unit would be perfect for you! The beach is a great place to relax, nothing like the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline to alleviate stress (we provide the chairs and umbrella for you) - or just sit on the balcony! You might also enjoy a nice walk on the beach to the pier or harbor (1/3 mile).
The beach is always wonderful, but it you want more action go 1/3 a mile (0.5 km) to the harbor to rent boats, jet skis/wave runners, kayaks, paddleboards, paddleboats and more! Or walk to the pier (1/3 mile) to rent bicycles or surf boards (we provide boogie boards). Don't know how to surf? No problem! You can take lessons at the pier!
San Diego is known for its microbreweries and Oceanside has a few great ones! There is also some great wine tasting in Temecula and San Diego.
The harbor offers whale watching excursions (seasonal) and deep sea fishing excursions. If you enjoy fishing you can also fish off of the pier.
Also in the area are great golf courses, wine tasting and beer tasting (we have many local breweries) in S.D. and Oceanside!
We will consider less than 7 day rentals for last-minute rentals only! We typically book weekly with Saturday as a changeover date.

We had an excellent stay at this North Coast Village condo during our annual family beach vacation. The host was friendly, responsive, and very communicative. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay right by the beach!

I spent the month of July at this cozy, comfortable place. It felt like home right from the start. Very safe and secure location, steps from the beach with the most amazing tropical surroundings. The hosts, Steve & Michelle, were the best people to connect with during my stay. They went above and beyond to insure I had everything I needed. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

The property was beautiful! The room was nice but definitely needs to be updated. The owner came right over and brought us a new iron when we told him it wasn't working. Very impressed and a very nice man. Great stay!

Loved the location of resort on the ocean, awesome balcony view, comfort of unit, easy parking, and incredibly lush resort landscape. Enjoyed walking from resort to the harbor and all the restaurants and shops harborside.

Property was very nice and easy walk to beach. Secured and gated. Had some plumbing issues and owners had someone there within 12 hours. Pool area was nice as well as weigh room.

Beautiful, clean, convenient
We LOVE staying at North Coast Village. This condo was clean, quaint, and with beautiful, lush green garden and ocean views from the bedroom and patio.

great condo
Great condo with well manicured gardens. The beach on the north side of the property feels like a private beach.

The property was clean and amenities were all what I was looking for. The only thing was the use of laundry wherein most of the time housekeeping where using the laundry most of it. They should assign some machine for their used. Also buying a laundry card for once used is ridiculous. Property owner should have one convenient for their renters. The TV in the living room should have instructions how to operate n have a back up batteries for the remote. I have to go n buy one

Great place with great beach access
We enjoyed our stay and the property has everything you would need to make a great vacation. The pool is clean and not super busy and the beach is very accessible and great for swimming. Will be returning again.

Weekend vacation
We love North Coast Village! The condo was nice and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoyable our selves.

We really liked how close we were to the beach. The kids spent a lot of time at the pool. Hope to go back again!

Oceanside Condo
Great place to stay if you are visiting your family members who are stationed at Camp Pendleton. Just a short drive to San Diego and all it has to offer.

Quaint, quiet, beautiful condo. Lots of extras provided by host for beach fun! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Perfect for us
My cousin and I stayed for 4 nights. Super cute condo. Clean. Quiet. Safe. Loved the area. (The directions for finding the security office to check in could be better.) I would definitely rent again!

We recently purchased this as a vacation home and we love it so much we decided to share it with others as a rental when we aren't using it.
We looked at many units in the complex prior to purchasing and felt that this unit stood out for its location, cleanliness and upgrades. It is highly upgraded and modern inside. It is perfectly located on the south side of the complex which is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer! Also, the unit is one of the quieter units to ensure a better nights rest!

The complex is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located to everything. The amenities are unparalleled in the area. The pools, spa, BBQ area, community rooms (including pool tables, foosball, and ping pong), gym and common areas are impeccable. They have wonderful room that can be reserved for special events like weddings, birthday parties or family reunions.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
This unit is located close to the beach with a lovely view from the balcony and bedroom. The pool and other amenities a short jog, but not so close that noise would be an issue.
