Beautiful Private Cooperstown Apartment Close To Dreams Park & All Attractions!

Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom apartment with private entrance and private outdoor gazebo centrally located. Less than 3 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame and 5 minute drive to Dreams Park. Wood floors throughout, 65" TV for your use plus air conditioning and heat, which you control for your own comfort. Both bedrooms have Queen beds, plus there is a Queen sized pullout sofa bed in the den. Bathroom has a full tub plus shower. Kitchenette does not include a full oven or stove, but does includes a full sized refrigerator, plus large toaster oven, electric griddle, countertop electric 2 burner stove, coffee/tea maker, microwave and all other kitchen essentials. Also enjoy your own private outdoor space which includes a covered gazebo plus grill, fire pit and seating for 6. Two friendly fenced dogs on the property.

Please note you will be able to hear our dogs and family members walking/running around upstairs but we do house the dogs upstairs on the third level from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am where you will will be unable to hear them. If any family member comes home after 10:00 pm, we do our best to be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum.

I would rate this a 4.5 if I could. The hosts were very nice (live upstairs) and the place was what we needed to survive Cooperstown. For the price, I wish it came with laundry and a full stove but that is not their fault, the description is clear and all prices are outrageous in Cooperstown for the season. The drive to Dreams Park is at least 13 minutes, without ANY traffic. You can tell they flip it quickly as well, because those hard to notice areas could have been cleaner but it was clean in general.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful, secluded home in the woods. The proximity to both downtown Cooperstown and Dreams Field was perfect and allowed us to run back by the house when we were between games. There is an incredible amount of space and the bedrooms stay nice and dark despite the early sunrise times in the summer! One thing to know if traveling with young children is that the bedrooms are quite separated (which could be a great thing or a challenging one, depending on what you’re looking for, haha!). Beds were comfy, blankets/pillows were plentiful, and hosts are as nice as they come. We’d recommend this property 10/10!

Beautiful and spacious space

We had a 10/10 experience. The property was clean, spacious, tucked in a quiet area, and was an easy drive to Dreams Park (less than 10 minutes). We will definitely recommend this property to our baseball families!

The facility was clean with more than enough supplies for us. We mostly used it for sleeping being very busy with activities in Cooperstown. The location is great as the Clark Sports Field is close as is the blue lot for shuttle parking.

Great place to rest after the game

Close to ballpark. Large apartment where children could play without disturbing adults. Very quiet setting, yet minutes from Dreams Park or town.

Great stay for Cooperstown Tourney

We stayed for a week while my son played at dreams park. The home was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—10 minute drive to dreams park/downtown, yet nestled in a cute, woodsy neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful- even left us umbrellas for the day it rained. Would recommend staying here for any trip to Cooperstown!

Perfect Location & Accommodations

We had an absolute blast staying in Cooperstown for our sons baseball tournament. The location of this property was ideal with access to both Cooperstown and Dreams Park. The property was very clean and in a secluded area for relaxing (peacefully) after the "noise" of baseball games. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They even helped locate my sons ring that was left behind and mailed it home to us. You definitely don't see this every day! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Pleasant stay!

I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! Communication with the host was great. Have fun in Cooperstown!

Dreams Park stay

We stayed for 6 nights while our son was playing at Dreams Park, which was a convenient 12-15 minutes away. Downtown Cooperstown and the Hall of Fame are less than 10 minutes away. The owners responded very quickly on the few occasions we had a question for them, and even delivered a coffee maker shortly after we let them know the one in the kitchen was not working! This home is tucked away in a quiet, wooded area and accessed from a gravel road that winds part of the way up the mountain. There was plenty of space to park our 2 cars. Inside, the space was much larger than the pictures show! We appreciated the entry area, which included a bench, shoe storage, and wall hooks for our sweatshirts and backpacks. The kitchen was well-equiped for cooking a variety of meals and the bathroom included spare toiletries for our use. There was plenty of seating to enjoy streaming services on the TV and the bedrooms were quiet, spatious, and comfortable, each with a queen bed, dressers, and a TV. The dogs on the property did bark and come to the fence when cars pulled into the driveway and could be heard moving around upstairs during the day, but we never heard the dogs at night or before 8:30 AM. Cooperstown is a lovely area! We enjoyed our stay!

Incredible Cooperstown Experience

Property was very clean, much bigger than the photos show as you enter thru your own 1st floor apt door into a mud room where you find the first bedroom. There is a hallway to the bathroom that leads into the kitchen, dining room and living room which is a very comfortable space to hang out in and sleep 6 people. There are three mini split air conditioners and keeps space very cool. Large refrigeration was great for drinks, food and leftovers all week and large Tv's in both bedrooms and living room with Amazon fire sticks. Ray, Sheri and their kids are all super nice and very responsive if you need anything. Outside patio, chairs and firepit were a nice place to hang out at night when it cooled off. Not only was this a nice place to stay for me my wife and my parents, but was approx 5 mintues from downtown where the Baseball Hall of fame is and Main St shopping and restaurants and 10-12 minutes from the Cooperstown Dream Parks. There is a grocery store, McDonalds, Wood Bat Co, gas stations and some nice restaurants on your way to and from the fields to this apartment. A lot of the kids wanted a break from the Dream Parks dorms that they stay in with no A/C and 100 teams with kids and coaches shared bathroom facilities and was a huge convenience to be so close whenever needed or to run back to apartment quickly between games. Had an amazing time and highly recommend this VRBO.

Wonderful experience! Clean, very spacious (photos do not do justice for how much space you have) and plenty of pillows, blankets, and kitchen & bathroom supplies. Communication with Ray and Sherry leading up to and during our stay was on point. Tucked away into a quiet mountainside, the location was perfect for our trip that centered around our son playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park, as a 10-minute drive to & from the park allowed us to come back and relax between games. 10 minutes in the other direction & you're in downtown Cooperstown checking out the shops & HOF.

The property was perfect for Cooperstown Field of Dreams Park. The owners were gracious and helpful. They never hesitated to assist us as needed. If you require more room than a standard hotel room, this is a perfect solution at a reasonable price. It is also about 10 minutes to get to the ballparks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfect for our time in town. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains helped for a fast adjustment to the time zone. The kitchenette was perfect for prepping light meals. It's a beautiful location, with a scenic drive either into Cooperstown or to Dreams Park. The hosts were kind and attentive. It was an amazing trip (rain and all) and an experience we'll remember.
