Welcome to Burnham Cottage ~ a Delightful and Artfully designed space which will serve beautifully as your landing place for your Cooperstown area vacation! Completely remodeled interior provides a modern day kitchen with a rustic farmhouse appeal, gorgeous bathrooms with pretty accoutrements, large, well planned rooms and outdoor areas which provide plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Springfield, NY.

You'll love the cozy west facing sunporch where you can enjoy the lush greenery, under cover, along with nice summer breezes. Or, opt for the east facing deck where you can enjoy sunshine, outdoor dining, a unique fire pit experience, and a nice play area for kids on the back lawn.

Bedrooms are quaint with a keen eye on comfort and a eclectic aesthetic you'll want to incorporate into your own home! Truly a perfect spot to hang your hat for a spell.

Beautifully appointed & designed... immaculately clean. By far the best rental we have stayed. They thought of literally everything from an abundance of towels to chargers for your electronics to a cooler you could take with you. Kudos to the designer as everything was thoughtful and cohesive. We had the most peaceful time in the most beautiful home. We truly felt at home.

Beautiful Cottage Close to Cooperstown

House met our every need. 20-25 minutes to Dreams Park. 10-15 min to downtown Cooperstown.

Great place. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

The cottage is definitely an old farm house, with some great updates. It was comfortable and quiet and relaxing to be there. I was there for a Baseball tournament at Dreams Park, so my trip wasn't exactly relaxing, but being at the cottage was. Also having the Sunflower Cafe across the street was key.

Rest and Relaxation

My family and I rented this property while we were in town for a baseball tournament. This property was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for. We had plenty of space and everything we would need. I would definitely recommend this rental!

The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped in general. Only a few minor negatives…perhaps the larder could have a few more basics such as salt …the refrigerator door hard to open but as a retired chef I found the kitchen more than ample. The only other negative was the bunkbed room was inhabited by many dust bunnies…The place nicely appointed and was lovely.
