Just a 8 min drive to the baseball hall of fame (3.5miles) or a 4 min drive to Cooperstown Dream's Park (1.8 miles). Nearby restaurants, bars, and ice cream locales. Whether you are here to work, travel, or play; this is the place to stay.
Located next to a local restaurant; on the weekend there is occasionally live music, usually ended by 10-11 p.m.

House Set Up
Bedroom 1- full size bed with dresser and closet. Dedicated AC and overhead fan
Bedroom 2- bunk bed, bottom mattress is full size, top mattress is twin size with x2 dressers and one closet. Dedicated AC and overhead fan
Full Bathroom- shower/ tub and sink
Living room- x2 couches, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs
Kitchen- full size fridge with freezer, stovetop oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, cups, and silverware
Basement- Laundry 2 washing machines with 2 dryers
