Step into a grand foyer with sweeping views of the golf course and mountains beyond. Entertain in style in the sunken living room—a true nod to classic Palm Springs design—or host a dinner party in the formal dining room with seating for eight, all while enjoying panoramic views.
The gourmet kitchen features a cozy breakfast nook, and nearby you'll find a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom—perfect for visitors or younger guests. The adjacent family room includes a gas fireplace and large TV, ideal for cozy nights in.
Step outside to your private oasis: a sparkling pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs, a natural gas BBQ, and a covered alfresco dining area for eight—perfect for sunset dinners under the desert sky.
Please Note: This home is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties or events. We kindly ask all guests to respect the serenity of the community..
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 4 cars at any time.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
