The property was very clean inside the house and outside. The pool loungers need updating and the cable tv needs to be renewed. The residence was located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bbq was clean and working. We enjoyed the large accommodations and how comfortable the house was for our family of six.

This property is as described. It is very close to the downtown area of Palm Springs. Things are within walking distance if you are there in the winter months. This week sunny days were over 100 degrees. Lots of restraunts, bars, and shopping. There is a nice museum and gay bars and activities in the area. This host was amazing and very responsive. We had a minor maintenance issue and it was Labor Day and the host himself promtley came to the property and resolved the issue. Easy check in and check out and concise directions given. Cozy and spacious property.

Pool was amazing, our family loved the home, tons of space to spread out. Very peaceful neighborhood. Stargazing at night was awesome. We hope to return someday.

Highly recommend this beautiful estate/house. I felt like I was in Martha Stewart's home. My family was so happy. I slept so well and didn't hear a sound. Owner was so helpful with any questions I had. Close to town and incredible setting. Everything we could want. Highly recommend. Going back next year for sure.

The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the many bedrooms and bathrooms, and the pool was wonderful. Loved the location, close enough to town to be convenient, but still somehow tranquil.

Great place to stay with family!

We celebrated my 50th birthday in Palm Springs and this house was perfect for us. We all had our space and the pool was amazing as well as the location. Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely charming and comfortable and the host, Steve, was delightful and very helpful. The neighborhood is also charming and the house is perfectly situated to walk everywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to book again or highly recommend. If I had to think of one thing to complain about, it would be the lack of screens on the windows. But, not a big deal. Overall it is a magical place!
